No refund no replacement for lost parcel

think before you order. There are cheap products there, but if the DPD courier loses your parcel, there will be no replacement or refund. Terrible customer service. They respond to your emails with a long delay and cannot solve the problem. More than 30 days have passed since purchasing the goods and I have neither the goods nor my refund. If you want to spend big money there, think twice.
