Perfume order

My order for perfume was confirmed
I was updated when dispatched
I was sent delivery updates .
The perfume arrived within a week.
Even with delivery, it was cheaper than competitors price.
There were no extra customs charges. I was charged the price given at time of ordering.

Sent the wrong product

Sent the wrong product. When contacted, told me that it was the same product just with different packaging. Product was terrible. At least it was only hair dye and nothing serious like medical equipment. I wasn't going to write a review but I keep getting bugged to do so, so, here it is.

Don’t expect timely communication

The product arrived promptly. However, it was not the product versionnamed or pictured on the website. My first email to query this went unanswered. I emailed again and received a very short reply saying that this was the only version of the product currently available. I emailed again as I already have several of the product they dispatched but have still received no response. Not only has this experience been a waste of my money but the lack of engagement with me as the customer has been really disappointing.
