Thanks for your message. As explained in the message we sent, you purchased a perishable item which has a 'best before' date. The date to which you refer always refers to the end of the month, not the beginning. The date to which you refer is therefore the end of February not the beginning. Your item was purchased in Jan and the item was therefore not expired as you stated.

When I received the parcel it was open and some of the products I ordered were not in the package - I contacted the company and basically they said they had checked and everything had been packed - no offer whatsoever of a refund - I am now out of pocket
