Tracking says delivered.
Item shows as delivered. However, this was not the case. As I needed the item I bought an alternative. Have emailed twice to request a refund and called multiple times, no response.

Not impressed
I had no communication at all after I placed my order. I tried telephoning but only ever got through to a generic ansaphone greeting with no mention of the company name. I also sent emails over a period of a week or so and only got a response when I said I was going to request a refund from my credit card provider.
