Customer service is awesome!! I am glad I moved from the nightmare in Hostgator.
The only thing I suggest in terms of marketing and customer retention adding is a discount for 6 and 12 month renewals. The long term commitment deserves a loyalty reward.

Quick and professional customer service.
I purchased hosting from Chemicloud recently and needed website migration, help with email, SMTP and Quick.cloud. The people there were very professional and courteous and quickly helped me out, even though my ticket was not high priority.
Unlike my previous hosting company, which charged $35 for migrating my second website, Chemicloud did the same for free. If I could get the same terms in 3 years and 2 months when my hosting expires, I will stay with Chemicloud - that is how pleased I am.
