Chemicalmasters.net took my money and refused to ship order

I placed an order with Chemicalmasters.net in May, 2019. I paid by international wire transfer. The company emailed me: "We do not ship to USA. Please send us your bank info so we can refund your money."

I sent them my bank details, along with a BTC address. Almost 3 month later, they have not issued a refund, and they do not respond to any messages, whether by email or through the website support page. At this point, my experience with chemicalmasters.net is that they have scammed me.
