I’m so pleased that I chose my removal company so well. From start to finish I was pleased with the whole service.
Ricky who came and did the survey prior to the quote - so knowledgeable and gave great advice on every aspect of the move. The boxes were delivered the next day so I could start preparing.
Tiffany and the other office staff are delightful, always friendly and supportive even when things continually changed with my moving date.
On the day of the move the team worked tirelessly on the hottest day of the year. James, James, Jake and Ben went above and beyond what I expected. It was a really hard day but they just got on with it, no moaning, all really good natured and a great team spirit.
I didn’t get the keys until very late in the day so we had to wait for hours in the blazing sun and there was no extra charge. This was one of the things I was relieved about, as another company had quoted me but there was a charge per hour / per staff member which would have added to my stress and cost me hundreds of pounds.
For once I chose well and have no hesitation in recommending Chelmsford Removals.

This was the second time we have used Chelmsford Removals and as per previous, they were professional, efficient and very friendly.

I dealt with Lucy in the office who was so accommodating as our move previously had meant we'd had to go into storage for a few months. Nothing was too much hassle for her to deal with, she was very patient and understanding with us.

Terry and Michael on the day were excellent. My mum was very impressed they even put her clothes away in the cupboard!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional moving company who get the job done quickly and without any problems.

I had booked the packing up service and as soon as Nick arrived i knew i was in a safe pair of hands-he and Vick worked like trojans and all i did was run round cleaning after them.It was amazing and they were a delight to have around which was an added bonus.
Also the quote was the cheapest of the 3 firms that estimated.Wouldn't use anyone else!

We needed a short notice installation of office desks. The job had to be done quickly, on a Sunday, with 48 hours notice. Andy and Luke unboxed, built and moved into place 35 desks over 2 floors removing all the packaging. The customer starts work the next day in a perfect office environment, all thanks to Chelmsford Removals. Can’t fault them, thank you!

We called Chelmsford on a referral and we're not disappointed, dropped off packaging materials a few weeks in advance for us to pack, attended at 8 in the morning sharp fully ready for the task ahead. The four guys (Mick, Mick, Josh and Steve G.) were polite, considerate and carried out the move with great professionalism, within 8 hours, we were moved with no real stress associated with moving home, but must point out, you need to ensure you pack and label all items to enable a smooth move. Floors were covered, doors protected, sofas completely covered and protected, so impressed, thank you all involved at Chelmsford (and East London) Removals.

Terry and Dan were professional, efficient and tidy. I am very pleased with the whole process of moving me out of my house and storing my furniture. I like the idea of small containers already loaded on the lorry so I could separate my items into essentials so I can take out of storage earlier than the other two containers they are storing for me.
Definitely would recommend this company to friends, family and the public.

Dan and James moved me from South Woodham Ferrers to Danbury. They were very professional and courteous. This is the second time I have used Chelmsford Removals and have never had anything but excellent service. Nothing broken or damaged on either move. 10 out of 10 to both Dan and James.

Terry and Dave packed up the house on Thursday then on Friday David, Mike and Conner joined up with the other 2.
The guys were very pleasant and careful with everything we actually had a good laugh.

2 lovely guys ( Steve G and Dan J) moved me all the way from Chelmsford to Lincoln and were prepared to help with everything needed even given the exceptionally heavy solid oak and glass furniture I needed moved.
