After the complaint in Trustpilot the…

After the complaint in Trustpilot the contacted me for a refund. They offered me 2ways:
1. To resend wrong article to China but paying all the cost of package and shipping for a total refund. They didnt recommend me this way, because of lost.
2. To accept the fake Gucci classes with only the 23% of the cost (and I was charged with a wrong extra cost of 12€ and they didnt know why).
I could get the 30% of refund pressuring them.
Very bad experience, I honestly recommend you avoid this fake web if you dont want cheats and troubles
