Gross disappointment and inconvenience
This company let me down at short notice on the supply and delivery of an order. The order had already been delayed and on enquiring I discovered there was an issue at their warehouse but was assured that the item was in stock and would be dispatched the next working day. However I then received a cursory email informing me it was out of stock and there was no information about when it would be available. I was offered a refund and an apology in passing. Consequently I have been highly inconvenienced (was relying on the item for an event) and have had to resort to Amazon because at least they are reliable!
