I ordered this item in February of this year. I paid $89.00 with bags. Used it about 5 times. When I went to use it this week April 10th. there was no power so I got the charger out, plugged it in for several hours but no charge happened. I paid too much for this device to not last better than 2 months! I would like to be able to send this one back free of charge & get a new one.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but head of lettuce didn't work. Opened bag and head of lettuce was wet and wilty. Strawberries don't do good either

purchased this sealed maybe 50 bags recharged it now doesn't work. The phone number on there website doesn't work either

I tried two days after I received - didn't work. The company asked for a picture and more information, etc. which I sent. They would not refund my money. Horrible company.

Got ours in November and just needed to charge and now the light stays on and won’t turn off. Probably run battery down quickly. Any others having this issue?

I use my Chef Preserve almost daily. I keep cheeses, nuts, vegetables and food prep items and leftovers. The instructions are clear not to use with liquids. I gave one to all of my kids for Christmas I love it so much. Best social media purchase I have ever made

This item does not work on foods that are wet. The seal won't take the air out to preserve the food accordingly.

Let me say, very fast shipping, even 10 days before Christmas, I received the unit in 5 days from order. The unit works absolutely fantastic (as long as they is no liquid in the bag). I dry rubbed chicken wing sections and two bison ribeyes. The rub was sucked right into the meat, making our Christmas day football game enhanced with amazing smoked wings. Our dinner of the bison steaks was greater than I hoped for. We have also used the Chef Preserve vacuum sealer on vegetables, and it has worked perfectly. Ditch the throw away bags, and bulky pressure machines. The bags are microwave and dishwasher safe. One of the greatest kitchen gadgets you could buy.
