Chef iQ customer service

Very disappointed with ChefiQ’s handling of my agreed replacement request.

I was initially advised that a replacement unit was already in the warehouse and ready to be shipped. Based on that information, I agreed to proceed with a replacement rather than a refund.

More than two months later, I am now being told that there is no confirmed stock and no estimated timeframe for when the replacement will be available.

This directly contradicts what I was previously advised and has left me waiting indefinitely with no clear resolution.

Throughout this process, I have simply been fobbed off with email after email, without any meaningful progress or clear answers.

Communication has been inconsistent and lacking transparency. Being placed on a “priority list” is not meaningful when no lead time or restock information can be provided.

A company should have reasonable visibility over incoming stock, especially when a customer has been waiting this long.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing products from ChefiQ.

Their customer service sucks

Their customer service sucks. My chef IQ pressure cooker has an issue. Their only "solution" was asking me to return the device despite me living outside the US. That didn't care at the time of taking my money.

Chef iQ customer service failure

Re: ChfIQ Sense.

Tried contacting support. Gave up after being on hold for 20 minutes. Recorded message stated if one wanted a call back, press 1 - pressing 1 did not work. One could contact them at supportatchefIQcom.
This also did not work.

Poor issue handling by ChefIQ

Had an issue with my ChefIQ Sense probes that were purchased from Costco. Instead of returning to Costco for a refund, I tried to engaged the support team at ChefIQ to give them a chance to make it right. The support rep that helped me was Sam who was courteous and willing to make things right, their overall process is pretty terrible. I do not fault Sam.

It took them a week from the initial conversation and agreement that the product was defective to “process” my replacement and issue a tracking number. Here we are a week later and the tracking number still says “Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package”. I emailed them to ask about handling times and whether they batch shipments out on certain days of the week. No response. Here we are 16 days since I initiated contact and I am still stuck holding a non-functioning product. I would avoid this company as a whole unless you get it from Sam’s or Costco and intend to take advantage of their return policies.
