No communication after getting bank info

This company is hard to pin down due to lack of exposure on review sites, except for one that indicates it's a scam. While I haven't been scammed, it does seem like a shady business. I was forwarded to its services when trying to make an online purchase. I signed up and opted to "manually verify" my bank info with the account numbers instead of providing my online banking credentials. While waiting and having my online order timed out. I tried to login here to see what was going on and my account was terminated without any notice. There's no answer from live chat or support. Seems like they harvest banking information.
