I have been using their services for years now, Ive had few hiccups along the way but the team was there to resolve them for me. Absolutely recommend!

A good service overall
A good service overall, but it took three days to activate despite my best attempts to communicate with Cheapzy
What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience,

Really thank you for existing
Super quick turnaround time
Super quick turnaround time, great customer service, even better prices. Highly recommend
Scam
Scam. At first it works fine but when it stopped working after 2 months I was simply out of luck and nothing was done. Safe yourself the hassle and money and don't use them.
Great Service
I can highly recommend it. I purchased both Spotify and YouTube Premium, and everything worked smoothly. It takes about 24 hours for the accounts to become active. Communication takes place via Discord, but that didn't cause any issues at all.
100% recommended
100% recommended, staff is lovely, service is fast and the team is always great!! Any issues will be communicated and fixed ASAP.
This is legitimate and definitely recommended. I have been using Youtube Premium and works perfect for 2 years + now.
Solid experience
Solid experience. Checkout was simple and the setup was fairly easy as well. Customer support was helpful
Back in the day they were fine and then…
Back in the day they were fine and it saved me some money for all the family and multiple accounts. Then it went downhill. Subscriptions kept being canceled all the time. They became really unresponsive. When they finally answered they sometimes offered to compensate and sometimes hid behind "reasons beyond their responsabilities". I wouldn't recommend them anymore.
Used for 3 years now very little…
Used for 3 years now very little complaints some products are more difficult to get/keep running than others but all have been good support and not a scam in any capacity.
It is a scam
It is a scam, and the service get cracked down on it every week, and do not fall for the cheap price, since the providers will find out and shut it down, then their customer service will promise to fix it, but then a week later you will loose the access to your subscription again.
No such thing as Money-Back Guarantee
There is no real money-back guarantee.
My premium access stopped working after only about half of the subscription period. It took several weeks before they finally restored it. Since I had only received roughly half of the service I paid for, I requested a partial refund.
Their response was essentially: "Our supplier doesn't refund us, so we can't refund you." That's not the customer's problem. If you sell a service, you are responsible for delivering it. Passing the blame to a third party while refusing to compensate paying customers is unacceptable.
The company is happy to keep 100% of your money even if they fail to provide the service for a significant part of your subscription. Apparently, all the business risk is expected to be carried by the customer.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any long-term subscription from this website. If something goes wrong, don't expect them to stand behind their service.
Great for a month than an absolute disaster
Initially everything went fine. After a month, my login did not work. They said they had an error and had to send me a new email address and password to log into Netflix. Happened again weeks later and they completely ignored my request. After a week someone got back to me and gave me a new login. Then a month later I got disconnected again and they gave me a new login. Then a week after that, they completely disconnected my account. I would not use them, word to the Wise you get what you paid for.
DO NOT BUY!!!
Based on my experience, this service feels like a scam and I cannot recommend it.
My YouTube Premium subscription ended several months before the promised 12-month period. The same thing happened about six months ago, when the subscription stopped working for around a month. I was patient and gave them time to resolve it, but this time the situation has become completely unacceptable.
I contacted support and provided all the information they requested. After one day, I received a response saying someone would assist me within a few hours. They then closed my ticket without solving the problem and told me to create another one. Now they are asking for the same information I already submitted.
This is extremely poor customer service: subscriptions are repeatedly interrupted, support does not respond within the promised time frame, tickets are closed without resolution, and customers are forced to repeat the entire process.
100% a scam
100% a scam. My YouTube Premium subscription ended months early so I contacted support, after a day I got a response saying someone would help within a few hours, then no responses for about a week. Then, the ticket was closed and I was told to submit a new ticket. I did, and then no one responded to that one as well. Some of the worst service I've seen from a company.
100% a Scam - Youtube Premium expires in 3 months - RUN
100% a scam. The Cheapzy site is very nice and professional, and therefore suckers you in. You think it's a professional service. The fact that the customer service switches over to Discord and you have to share your confidential Youtube / Google account logins should have been enough of a red flag for me.
After purchasing the Youtube Premium for a year, and conversing a bit with Marzap, I came across the TrustPilot reviews. I asked Marzap what was the deal with these negative reviews, he assured me they were older accounts that had separate issues. That new accounts didn't have the same issues. Well, I got Youtube Premium. I built a new Google / Youtube account, as I didn't want to share my other account I've had for years. Spent 3 months curating my Youtube account, enjoying ad free listening, when suddenly I started seeing ads again. My Premium was shut off, just like the other reviews had complained about.
I reached out to Cheapzy's support via email (because my Discord conversation was deleted and their inbox was at capacity), to the same email that Marzap had originally replied to me before purchasing, and a week and three emails later, no response.
I saw something where it mentioned my Youtube Premium account was expired. It said "Provided by Flipkart Black". I looked up what Flipkart Black was, and turns out it's a low cost savings membership club (costs about $5 USD for a three month period) in India, that includes, lo and behold.. a 90 day membership to Youtube Premium. They're charging you nearly $60 dollars for a supposedly year long Youtube Premium membership, paying $5 for a club membership in India, and in 3 months you're sh*t out of luck.
Don't be a Cheapzy, or you'll get scammed by Marzap and gang.
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service. Bought a 1 year YouTube premium subscription, worked for about a month and then it got cancelled. Opened a ticket via discord (their customer service) and waited. In 2 months here and there I got a reply saying it’ll be done soon. Nothing. Then got tired of waiting and said I’m going to just leaving bad reviews with screenshots. Then they replied and said they will personally pay for my 1 year sub. And they did, well they said they did but in reality they paid for a 2 months subscription and since been ghosting me. So yeah, try somewhere else if you value your time.
Youtube Premium got canceled within 5 months. No refund or help restoring.
Unfortunately this company failed to meet my expectations. I suggest no one to use this because youtube will cancel your Premium membership if you don't reside in the country they use to buy membership. Then they don't give a damn about restoring your membership or giving you a refund.
Highly recommended
I’m happy to be back for the 3rd time . for another 1 year Spotify Premium! The renewal process was smooth, and customer service was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and answered all of my questions quickly. Thank you!
This is insane!!
I am genuinely shocked by this! This guy was amazing! Soon as i paid and dmed them, he immediately started working on it and i had my premium subscription before the end of day. Thank you sooooo much!!!
