Legitimate in 2022, not so much now. Their social profiles have been inactive for 3 years, but their website is still up and accepting orders. Their customer service line is disconnected, and their email goes unanswered. They take your money and never reply back or send the product. I've reported their store to Shopify for fraud.

Exceptional service and products at discounted prices. I don't understand the negative reviews here. I am addicted to ordering their great selection including premium brands like Modus Vivendi. Sent to me in Australia. Always timely. Sizes generally reflect their guides.
In 5 years and around 25 orders all have turned up in good time...

I’ve always gotten things from them as they described in a reasonable amount of time. I’m surprised to see the amount of lower reviews. I’m happy with shopping with them.

I ordered three belts, but only received two. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this—asking for either a refund for the missing item or a confirmed shipment date—but the support team is completely unresponsive. It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and then ignore them when the order is incorrect. I would not recommend shopping here until they fix their customer service.

Was recommended this place by a friend of mine who had been getting underwear there so I give it a try order four things and I haven't received anything it's been 2 weeks they say they should only two days I've got nothing no reply to my emails I got the confirmation number and that was the only email I received I've received nothing saying they shipped and it looks like now after reading all this that they're not going to how do I initiate it like a chargeback I've never done that before

Like others have said, CheapUndies claims to ship your order in 1-2 days, but it’s been over two weeks now and they still are not shipping. They are also not responding to emails about my orders. They just accept an order and sit on it forever, hoping you’ll forget about it. It’s a scam.

Was recommended this website by a friend who had used them in the past, but it seems like others have experienced, they're no longer shipping products and aren't responding to any customer emails. Total scam.
Their website says shipped within 2 days, my order hadn't shipped after 2 weeks, they ignored my contact via direct email and their contact form. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won.

Like others stated it used to be a great and reliable company but it is now a scam. Do not order from them, they won't ship your order.

I do not get joy out of writing this negative review but believe it is my duty to warn potential customers that CheapUndies used to be a good website. I had purchased a lot of pieces of clothing over the years. Last year I had issue with their site not working properly with their rewards program. They did get it fixed. Well guess what it has happened again. I have reward points in my account, however when I click on rewards nothing shows up except the word “Rewards". I have sent CheapUndies now 3 emails in regard to this problem. They have been non responsive. This website should be shut down. I highly recommend not making purchases on their site. And like a lot of websites now days there is no phone number to call.

It would appear I'm having the same experience as most of the other reviewers here. I, too, have been a long time customer for 10+ yrs. I made a purchase in mid Nov 2024 and according to the tracking info I received it was delivered On Dec 12th, 2024. However, I moved and forgot to change my default shipping address. Now that's on me BUT I've emailed 4 times and tried to call but of course NO ONE answers and have not gotten a reply to ANY of my emails. I just want either the items, if they were returned (which I stated in my emails that I would pay another shipping charge for) or my money back. They refuse to email me back. VERY disappointing because they used to be a great company.

I have been shopping with CheapUndies for years and have never really had an issue but I placed an order back in October and it never came. I checked the website and it said the ordered was "fulfilled" but when I tracked the package, it was clearly never delivered and hd no updates on where my package was. I contacted Cheap Undies several times and never got a response. They have a no refund policy when it comes to underwear but I had ordered sweaters and pants which are refundable so I just want a refund but no one has gotten back to me in over 2 months. The least they can do is send me a response and explain what happened and offer me some kind of compensation for essential losing my items. I'm so disappointed in their lack of communication because, as I said, I've been a customer with them for years but this is absolutely ridiculous and I will never shop on this website every again. I'm also going to tell everyone I know not to use their website because if this is how they treat their customers but avoiding them and not responding for months then they aren't the kind of company they promote themselves to be.

Received the wrong item, emailed the company 6 times never got a response. Had to call my credit card to deny payment. Piss poor company at best.

Do not buy from these guys, they may look good. BUT! they take your money, do not reply to emails and your money is gone.

I do NOT recommend! I placed an order for 4 items and never received them. I’ve tried calling and emailing the company numerous of times and never got an answer back. They NEVER answer the phone. I’ve tried to get a refund and haven’t got that either. Horrible experience. Horrible customer service.

I've ordered a few times and my experience has been pretty good! The orders and delivery have gone as expected. I've had an issue once with sizing, they refunded all the items except the one pair that I tried on. I like the variety and the discounts.

Just had to dispute charge with credit card company after order sat in limbo for days with no change (July 2024). No response from company, phone is always busy. I have ordered successfully years ago but a web search reveals others are having the same experience as me now. Avoid, seems to be functioning as a scam site now.

I'd successfully ordered a couple of times from CheapUndies years ago, and after a few years unsubscribed from their emails. In October 2023 I seem to have magically ended up on their mailing list again.

Jump to early April 2024 and there was some interesting stuff in their marketing email, and I'd used them in the past, so I placed an order and waited. After 2 weeks the order was still 'unfulfilled' on their website, so I send an email asking what was up. I didn't get a reply, but a few hours later I received an automatic email saying that the main item of the order was cancelled, and I was being refunded for it. A bit disappointing, but it happens; a few days later that part of the order was refunded.

Two weeks later, the rest of the order is still 'unfulfilled' on their site, I haven't received any tracking details, or any further order updates from them, but I'm still getting daily marketing emails.

I'm wondering if when I was magically re-subscribed to their mailing list that they've just become a scam.

canclled half my order without warning and took over a week longer than expected to ship

Since 2014 I've been a loyal customer of this online retailer and have spent literally thousands of dollars with the company. The web site says they want happy customers. Unfortunately, this is not the case or they would have tried to work out an issue I had with one of my orders from Cheapundies. In June 2021 I purchased a pair of Levi's 505 Jeans which do not fit me. I ordered my usual size but the jeans I received are too small/too tight. I cannot button them. The company will not take them back, even though I'm willing to send the jeans back to the retailer at my own expense. During the time I received the jeans, I was unable to return them in the 30-day return window as my mother had died in June and and I had to vacate her residence (which I had been watching over while she was in an assisted living facility). My life was turned upside down as a result of her passing. Since last year, I've tried to work things out with Cheapundies by contacting this retailer twice. However, they will not respond. Instead I'm being given the silent treatment. I tried contesting the charge with my credit card to get some sort of relief. Cheapundies rebutted and denied any responsibility by sending my credit card an entire list of my private purchase history with the retailer which was irrelevant and was retaliatory in nature. I also filed consumer complaints about my experience (as well as the defective product) with my state's (Wisconsin) consumer protection agency, the Better Business Bureau of Central Virginia, and Office of the Attorney General of Virginia Consumer Protection Section, who then asked for a response from Cheapundies. Cheapundies refuses to respond to any of them.
