In first everything looks good, goods are in stock and will be transmitted directly. So it seems that I will receive it in 1 or 2 days, but when I place the order, the orderconfirmation warns you for very very very very long delivery times.

Terrible delivery service
I ordered one ashtray, over a month ago. Called their customer service 2 or 3 times and even if they were nice and polite, I still have not received my product.Also emailed them, asking again for the delivery or a refund,with no response. Guess it's not just the tech that is cheap with them. Definitely NOT recommended.🙅

Only after paying for my order was it clear that free delivery takes 25 days. If this info was available iwouldnt have ordered but okay...
Now after 27 days still nothing...
Very disappointed....
Hopefully I'll get a reply from customer services and it will get sorted...

Never received the item ordered not even a email
Never received the item ordered, I'm waiting for more than a week, never got any response to my email, and did not get my refund.
It was the first and last time I order something from this website, I think it's a fake made to steal money from people.

Cheaptech is the best/cheapest Import company,friendly to clients !!
I am very satisfied with this import-company's service.If you choose Track&trace, your delivery will arrive in a relatively short time..mine was 8/9 days.
I had paid in advance, some articles proved not be be in stock, so they paid me a refund within a couple of days.
No more paying taxes on buying goods from China, it has all been taken care of.
Also there is a local nr for my country...so no difficult calls to China anymore !! I love these guys !!
