GREAT!

GREAT! Always have the stock on hand, punctual delivery and the big thing is, when I had the only, single issue with a problematic delivery, they sorted it out within 24-36hrs with the feedback and the adjustment to my order. I was really wrapped with the service. Thanks team :-)

I placed an order last week Thursday it…

I placed an order last week Thursday it didn't arrive they refunded me .lreplaced the order the following day its now Thursday 1 week later and nothing. Im a 65 yr old pensioner and diabetic with multiple toes amputated, this wouldve been ideal ,however now its 4 days no reply and no refund or smokes ! I think they're scammers so be aware people don't use these guys.

First time order

First time order. I don't use internet banking and preferred the option of paying by cash and depositing directly into CSO's account at a Commonwealth Bank branch. (Yes, there are some left) . I printed off exactly the CSO account details as displayed on their site and presented that to the bank along with the cash to deposit. They refused to accept the lodgement because although BSB and Account Number were valid, the account name (CSO333 PTY LTD) didn't match. CSO did reply to my email and suggested I try again. I did this with the same knockback by the bank. I advised this to CSO and that seems to be the end of the story. No further response.
When paying online I guess there is no matching of the account name. Just BSB and Account number required. Hmm, seems to me that there might just be something doubtful here. Don't know what or why. Is the product compliant with Australian Laws. Are all the positive reports submitted by real people?
It is a shame because I was intent on being a regular customer

A little Correction goes a long way!

I would love to give them 5 Stars but there was only 2 points that I believe need addressing that prevented me from doing this.

Point One: Communication. Far too slow in replying to customers, also not addressing all questions. I told them my time frame but tired of waiting for a reply so purchased from another business. I still placed an order with them as their product is excellent. And the lady when she finally replies seems really lovely.

Point Two: I pay for Express Post & it takes 6-8 days to arrive. Each time I have ordered from them they charge $8.95 for Express Post. I told them Express Post costs more than $8.95 it must be standard shipping because it takes 6-8 days to arrive. Express Post takes 2-4 days max. I was told they send all their parcels Express Post. They made no effort to resolve the matter just said it was Australia Post.
It is not my job to contact Australia Post it is theirs.
That attitude shows the customer they don’t really care. I think it’s a shame some businesses are like that because they don’t seem to realise. You can have the best products in the world but if you have no customers you have no business. Most people put money before people.
If you have EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE you will be the talk of the town! Happy Customers refer others it’s called FREE ADVERTISING & your business will soar!
