Waste of time
I was expecting to see the material ready (the website says 48 hours) but what I had two days later was an email saying they have lost my artwork, without even apologizing.
I have spent more than an hour building the artwork using the website and it got lost without any feedback. They know the website doesn't work and still, they keep it online letting users waste their time.

I am very sorry our website design tool is not working properly. This is deeply upsetting for us as a business and we are working very hard to fix it.
The design tool not saving designs correctly does not mean we should as you put it:
"You should be ashamed and take down your website because it is fake "
As a Software engineer who teaches people how to code I'm sure you come across software that sometimes has a bad bit of code?
I did offer a free design service.

The product arrived on time and price was great however my prints came with faint lines on my logo which effected the overall presentation.

I'm very sorry you are not happy with the roller banner prints.
I have just checked the artwork over that you sent and can see the whole artwork is very good quality apart from the logo. The logo looks very pixilated with a white line around some of the edges.
If you send the roller banners back to us and send some new artwork with the logo higher quality, I will arrange a reprint FOC.

It is of very good quality and packaged well.
Josh was excellent in terms of customer service, he called me to confirm final details which didn't delay delivery, nothing seemed too much trouble 6/5 score.
