Don’t use CheapAir

Don’t use this service . We fly internationally several times a year . They charged a full ticket for a flight change . Said I bag was included , and I bag alone had to be paid for at the airport . Superficial company, what they tell you when your booking is contrary to the service they provide. They booked flights on standby without mentioning that detail when the tickets were booked ! Never add gf sin will we use this company

Incredibly poor user experience...

Their user interface is intentionally meant to confuse you, they obfuscate the checkout sequence to hide things like booking fees & flood it with upsells.

Need to make a change or cancellation? Regardless of if you paid extra for flight protection, you'll pay no less than $100 as a cancellation fee, even if it's hours after you booked with them.

And they outsource their support to India. Nothing wrong with it, but just know they're taking jobs from Americans and sending them overseas to save money.

My advice: avoid third party websites like Cheapoflights... you are paying more when you use them.
