It took me more than five hours to book my most recent trip. It was done in two sessions.
After every session, when it came to make the payment, it was declined three times. Something was wrong with cheapoair’s payment system. Payment was declined three times. Later it was found that cheapoair’s payment clearance system was at fault. Nothing wrong on my side. The agent I was working with knows everything.
My trip booking number is 94622770.
I should have received some concession on my booking amount. Yet nothing was done. Over five hours plus payment being declined three times for no fault of mine, calls for a suitable compensation.

When booking trip at some point the destination was changed. When reviewing it was noticed and a request for rebook to proper destination was made and fee was processed. Now there are so many extra charges…not clear what any of them are…and why such a big difference in price.

The customer booked online and chose alternate 'airport' that was offered due to it being cheaper, this was an oversight and customer later realized after it was confirmed. The applicable difference in airfare was quoted if she needed to make a change as her original 'airport' was more expensive to travel to. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.
