Tried to cancel an order immediately after ordering. Received a response 2 days later to say the order had already been sent and wouldn't be refunded due already being sent that day as well as being a sale item. I feel my request to cancel the order was ignored in order to still get the item sold. The reason for cancelling was due to finding the same item at half the price from a high street store.

Many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with your experience.
As per our Returns Policy which is available to be read on website before ordering, we unfortunately are unable to offer Refunds on Final Sale items (this is the case with the majority of High Street stores), only exchanges to the same value of the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You reached out to us via DM on Saturday 27/11 and it was responded to first thing on the morning of the first business day back, Monday 29/11 outlining the Returns Policy and that the order had already been processed and UPS label had already been created (goes through automatically once order placed).
We try to remain as competitive as possible with our pricing. The item you purchased from us was the ‘Nike React Vision Laser Crimson’ for €99 and the reason for return you stated in the DM was ‘high shipping costs’. This same item is currently priced at €124 in LittleWoods, €103.95 on ASOS, €116.95 on Zalando. You’re more than welcome to reply to this and attach a URL link to where you found this item at half the price (€49.50 that would be) as you say.
