THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. They send fraudulent emails saying they booked a ticket under your name. The email looks very legitimate. They then send an email saying that they couldn't confirm your details. That's when you're supposed to call them and give them your CC, name and other info so they can steal money from you. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. IT IS A FRAUD.

CheapFaresNow are the worst booking agent I have ever used. We booked flights to Bali. They overcharged us hundreds of dollars on the quoted price and blamed it on my bank. When I called to conform my flights, I was told they were cancelled and there was no alternative option for the same day and timeframe. They said they would refund the money and it never happened. Luckily I was able to dispute the charges via my credit card and 10 months later I finally got my money back.
Nightmare!!

The airlines cancelled our flight. It took hours of phone calls with CheapFaresNow. They were very very rude. They kept hanging up on us. After multiple calls to the airlines and to CheapFares, they finely refunded some, but charged $60+ fee, even though the Airline was the one who cancelled.
A real TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Pay a little more!

Bought a ticket that was cancelled by the airline due to COVID. The airline gave the agency the refund but the refund was never given to me. Basically, they stole my money.

I lost my money. My callings were cut off after few mins talking to them. I called 10 times. Different people pick up phone then they turn off.

This people are thief's and cheating stealing money never and ever deal with them they have taken all my money... Horrible people 0 Rating.

I don't have the time to detail how horrible the customer service is. they have already wasted enough of my time and money. 1,000,000 thumbs down and a big middle finger.

Lost 700$. Booked the tickets on 25 April and then they said the reservation was canceled. I asked for a refund and they said that they processed the refund on 24th April. One day before the original payment.

This is another scam organization that is run by LBF, alongside Smartfares and Travelation. Customer service is terrible, and they impersonate major airlines by spamming the internet

A complete scam, do not give this company your money, avoid like the plaque a total rip off!!!!!

Booked a flight with this company which was then cancelled by the airline. CheapFaresNow refused to refund the money I had paid them for the fare. One can only presume they simply kept the money that they were paid. Is this theft?

Don’t even think about using them !!!
I paid in full in Dec 2019 for 2x one-way tickets. The price went up by over $20 per ticket after processing the payment. They said it was conversion fee. The ticket price was in AUD, so why a fee?
The booking reference did not get given to me for over 24 hours. It took 2 calls to get this done, after I said I was worried about their credibility. They said there may have been difficulty booking the exact seats or type of seats we picked. Other seats available though.
We cancelled the fights home, due to our cruise to Hawaii being cancelled. We have since been advised of 4x different cancellation fees.
8 hours later the airline cancelled the flight. Advised of full refund -NO FEES
Cheapfaresnow disputed this as I cancelled first.
Hawaiian airlines paid a Full refund to them on June 2nd 2020, BUT I am still waiting for our refund. Advised the refund would be prioritised on July 17 - not done as at August 5. Awaiting a call from the person who I spoke to on July 17.

Never ever buy ticket from them. Total rip off. They take advantage of your situation to get more money. I booked a ticket with them but had to cancel due to the coronavirus outbreak, I had to rebook on a later month and the agent is asking me additional/difference fee even though the airline says otherwise as long as the cabin is the same. The airline also says passengers can opt for a refund without penalty but they won’t badge in. They are hard to talk to, given the advisories from the airline itself. NEVER AGAIN
