call them to check on getting right alternator before ordering and they gave the part # with NO hassel. Love that, and their prices are the best. I have been ordering my parts from them instead of previous low cost gm dealer.

Part was nice OEM , but shipping was slow and ultra expensive , I am much aware of shipping cost , but these people ripped me off , but the only one that had the part that I needed

My order was not even shipped when i cancelled it.I was charged a restocking fee including shipping fees of 20%.I thought i had a great place to buy GM parts but i was wrong.

the wrong light bulb was sent to me and I was not able to get it replaced. the second time around I was looking to buy a hood and the cost of shipping was a lot more than the hood. I was able to get it from another vendor for a lot cheaper.

1st of all the order was so long ago any geedback should have been taken near the time was going to purchace.
2nd you guys didnt answer my enquiry ontime when i emailed you
3rd i never received my parts to the hotwlni was staying due to not having enough time to send it to me after tour late reply.
I cant even remember if you guys replied to my enquiry or not come to think about it.
