I paid for 6 months and encountered problems several times. The password kept changing, or I was kicked out of the system because I wasn't part of the household authorized for the account. I had to reset my password each time, and then I couldn't get any support, so I couldn't use my account. I advise everyone against it. If you want to be interrupted several times while watching your favorite series for several days, then go for it; otherwise, don't.

I am more than 5 long term purchases (Microsoft subscription, Perplexity, etc. ...), all subscriptions have lasted the agreed time since 2023. And any problems encountered have been resolved with support as quickly as possible (with refunds where necessary). My advice!

I Bought in past from them with no problems.
But this time i bought 2 Spotify add to family subs, but they had problems and said that the money has been partially refunded but i didn't receive the money.
I made the orders #41285 and #41286 on 8 march 2025.

Second time using these guys, although this time wasn't quite as smooth because my account has now been disabled temporarily due to strange behaviour, I can't really blame CSG for that.

I purchased a 6 months YouTube premium which was paused after one month.

I have been in touch three times to try get it reactivated but I only got one email reply with the one word “refunded”.

I haven’t been refunded and they have provided no other information.(I’ll be willing to update my review if something changes)

Since I can’t send a reply my order number was #34026, I originally paid 12 euro via revolut.

I would prefer to have my YouTube premium working, getting a one word reply “refunded” was a little disappointing.

While I appreciate the refund for my 6-month purchase after 1 month getting 5 month refund, the conditions around the refund feel unfair. The refunded amount can only be spent in-store, which limits flexibility, and I incurred Revolut fees to load money onto the platform initially—fees that aren’t refunded. Furthermore, there seems to be no option to withdraw the refunded money, leaving me no choice but to spend it on the platform, which, combined with additional Revolut fees, adds to the frustration.

That said, I don’t believe this website is a scam. It provides a good service, particularly given how high YouTube’s fees can be, but clearer and fairer refund policies would significantly enhance the user experience.

Further reply: how do I kick start my refund to revolut, receiving one word reply “refunded” didn’t leave me much hope.

Can you send it back to my revolut?

I was suggested by the owner of this store to stop leaving feedback every time I purchase a product because if there are too many, everyone will think they are fakes. But at this point I can't sit back and say anything because there are these negative feedbacks that are not true and malicious.
I have been buying from this store for at least 2 years, maybe longer but I don't know exactly.
At first I was suspicious because everything was too good to be true, but over time I realized that it is true.
For everything I bought I enjoyed support and warranty for the entire purchased period presented in the description of each product. An invoice is provided for each purchased product.
If for various reasons, during the warranty period, a product can no longer be given a warranty for the remaining period, then I received a refund without any exception.
You are informed daily of any changes / updates, etc.
Let's say you don't believe what I wrote above and it's understandable because these are very strange times, but if you want to buy something from this store, carefully read the store information and the description of the product / products you want and if your questions remain unanswered you just have to choose one of the many contact / support options.
Thank you to everyone involved in this store for the products and especially the services offered !

More than 4 hours waiting for warp+ key just to receive a free warp key. Contacted support and only answer I got was "wait". Haven't gotten any answer since
