Very bad customer service
I bought gold hedging scalper and it did not work and when I send e mail to customer service ask for support simply they answer ( you need a compatible broker) , and when I ask them which broker they recommend, no one answered, and I keep asking them about the suitable broker still no one answered, really I am disappointed

Genuine Products, Fast Refunds, and Excellent Support – Truly Impressed!
I had my doubts at first, but I decided to give it a try and ended up buying several EAs… all of them work perfectly with genuine MQL5 activation, no tricks or issues. The best part? I didn’t even install one of them and asked for a refund — they processed it quickly, no questions asked. Way faster than expected. Installation was smooth, and when I had a question, they replied almost instantly on Telegram. Honestly impressed (in a good way). This is how it should be done.

Customer Service deleted all Telegram message and not honor with their refund offer
July 13 - Reached out to CheaperForex.com customer service with Order Number screenshot.
Jul 17 - Customer Service said they could not locate my order and offered a full refund via USDT or version 6.0 QE EA.
Jul 18 - The latest version is 6.2, but customer service only offers 6.0. Requested a full refund; customer service has been silent since then.
Aug 1 - Customer Service does not agree to proceed with the refund and mentioned that the price we paid at that time does not include a newer version EA upgrade, which is not true. This is clearly a wrong statement where the price we paid on the website includes a future version upgrade, but they did not honor their words. The customer service suddenly found my order and mentioned the price I paid before they increased the price from $29 to $200+, we still asked to have version 6.2 despite the latest version 6.5 being available.
Aug 3 - Customer Service deleted all the messages from the Telegram and blocked me on Telegram from contacting them.
This website sells cracked EA, which can be found on the other channel for free; the customer service flips their words as to their preference. One bit shy twice, avoid this website at all costs.
Added after CheaperForex.com reply on Aug 3: I have kept the conversations before the customer service deleted all the conversations in fear that I have the conversation evidence. Telegram customer service and the reply on TrustPilot are trying to put all the blame on the customer. Beware if you are engaging with them (looking at how they reply to negative comments would make good judgment on how reliable the Customer Service attitude is), as you will not get your claim back when anything goes wrong with your order or transaction. Any financial losses are at the customer's own risk, so think twice before placing your order.

Let’s set this straight:
You bought this product over a year ago for $29, at a time when free updates were not included. That policy changed this year — and only applies to new purchases. You were told this multiple times, but you refused to accept it.
Despite that, we offered you a refund — even though your transaction was outside PayPal’s 180-day window. You didn’t want to hear it. You expected to pay $29 and get unlimited lifetime upgrades. That’s not how it works, and it never did.
The price was raised to over $200 because delivering regular updates and ongoing support costs money. It’s not feasible to maintain quality or development at giveaway prices.
You also accused us of selling “cracked” software — which is completely false. If what we offer is supposedly “free elsewhere,” why are you here demanding updates and throwing a tantrum?
We’re done wasting time explaining what’s already been made clear. You didn’t listen, and now you’re angry because the answer wasn’t what you wanted. That’s on you — not us.
