Website offers discounted flights. I checked trustpilot.com and it indicated a 3.9 / 5 rating which made me believe that it was not a scam. I booked a flight with no indication of anything out of the ordinary except that it was a discounted ticket. I then received a phone call informing me that it was a standby ticket. I asked to cancel for a refund, and they said this was not possible. (NOTE: At the top of the website it says "24 hours free cancellation: Contact us within 24 hours of booking, and we’ll provide a full refund, no questions asked."). When I pointed out that there was absolutely zero indication of the fact it was standby, they told me it was my fault because it told me the ticket was nonrefundable. I asked them where it said the ticket was nonrefundable, and she told me I should know that because it is in documents on the website. When I asked where, she refused to tell me where, and said the website uses the phrase that the ticket price is based on historical data. Round and round we went with her continuing to refuse to refund me, and insist that the only way they could help is if I paid $600 more for the full price ticket, until I figured out that this is obviously a fraudulent website set up to steal money.

I had booked a flight and kept receiving calls to call them back as there was a problem. I called back and the individual said there was a problem and someone would call me back on 30 minutes. It was the same individual and he explained the flight was sold out. I requested a refund and was told I could only get a voucher. He attempted to find me other flights that were much more expensive or required a 2 hour drive. He questioned why I could not drive 2 hours. He questioned why I would not accept other options. I said I would like a refund and he said he would talk to his manager. The only way they would give me a refund was if I gave them a 5 star review, used his name and sent him a screen shot to prove I did it. I don’t feel this is acceptable. So beware.

WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

LIED TO AND STOLEN FROM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!

FIRST, RONNIE SMITH SOLD ME A TICKET FOR $213.00 (75149), THEN EMAILED ME TO TELL ME THAT $67.00 MORE WAS NEEDED TO KEEP
THE TICKET!

RONNIE SMITH ALSO ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE 1 PERSONAL ITEM AND 1 CARRY-ON WITH ME ON MY FLIGHT. WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT, I WAS TOLD THAT RONNIE HAD SOLD ME A TICKET WITH NO CARRY-ON, AND WAS CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $99.00 (WHICH I WANT A REFUND FOR)!

IN TRYING TO CONTACT EITHER RONNIE OR A SUPERVISOR ABOUT THIS, I WAS LIED TO (AGENTS TELLING ME THAT RONNIE WAS NOT ON SHIFT, THAT HE WOULD BE ON-SHIFT TO TALK TO AT SUCH-AND-SUCH TIME (HE WASN’T), THAT THERE WERE NO SUPERVISORS ON-SHIFT AND THAT NO ONE WAS SUPERVISING THEM, THAT I WOULD RECEIVE PHONE CALLS FROM A SUPERVISOR (I DIDN’T)), AND PUT ON HOLD WAITING FOR A SUPERVISOR WHI ALSO LIED TO ME (TOLD ME HE WASN’T A SUPERVISOR, THEN TOLD ME HE WAS A SUPERVISOR AND BEGAN TO ARGUE WITH ME, UNTIL I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF IT ALL AND HUNG UP ON HIM.

I WILL NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERY ONE I DO AND DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE….

FURTHERMORE, I AM GOING TO POST THIS REVIEW ON MY FACEBOOK, LINKEDIN, WHATSAPP, INSTAGRAM, etc. ACCOUNTS TO WARN PEOPLE AGAINST PATRONIZING YOUR LYING, THIEVING, SCAMMING BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Harry Johnson Is so helpful. I booked tickets for my mom and son. It was in holding status. I called and Harry listen to me very carefully and helped me accordingly. I have no option to find out non stop flight from both ends on non compromising date and time. Harry is true customer service representative. He made booking process smooth and easy for me. Its a scam! It's run but couple of persons with strong accent difficult to understand, but they try to bait with cheap price and later call you to raise the price 30-50% and urge you to confirm over phone! If you ask to cancel the book, they will decline it and state that it cannot be canceled because money has been paid and no refund.

The customer service Alina Irma was amazing. Very nice and supportive. She worked with me for quite a while to help.
