It certainly took a while to figure out my flight options, and Cynthia Willson made it all worthwhile. She helped me figure out alternatives for the standby and waitlist tickets, and even was able to switch me from United to American with fully confirmed tickets. Cynthia was polite and friendly and answered all my repeated questions. She deserves a raise!

If I could give a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. I booked a flight and paid for it.. got an email saying one of the segments was not available. My options were to change the flight at a higher cost- extremely higher cost. I said I would like to cancel. She said there are no refunds. My email stated this- In case of fare change, schedule change or change in availability of seats, we will contact you and offer alternate options.You may opt to cancel your booking in case updated or alternate option does not work for you.
Yeah.. cancel with cancelation fees!!! WTF They sold me something that was not available. Round and round we go- She finds another flight, and I am assuming Southwest as the original was... pay an extra $400..and get the confirmation..and it was for Frontier, which she did not verbally tell me that. The cost for the ticket if I were to purchase thru their website was $350 less than what I ended up paying these scammers... Do NOT book with them.

This is a scam. Prior to booking, no where did it say we were purchasing "stand by tickets". A few weeks before the trip, CheapDealsFare contacts us and claims, if we do not want a standby ticket, we have to pay extra (over doubling the original amount). SCAM! Use at your own risk!!
