This is a bait and switch operation - don't use them! They didn't issue tickets, then said the flights were overbooked and charged higher prices with another airline - all service is overseas.

Very very poor customer service, these guys are trying to scam the people. On their website ticket will show very cheap and attractive prices and even you can book a ticket for that price. But you will not get a real legit confirmation email(they will send you reservation reference number but you no airline can help you with that number).
When i gave them a call for confirmation email they twice told me that they will give me call back in 30 min but they never did.
After some time I called them third time to either send me the confirmation email or cancel the ticket. The lady started yelling and abusing said we can’t refund( website clearly mentioned you can get fully refund if you cancel in 24 hours). And asking for more money to get confirmation.

Please avoid using this website, They use fake western names. Really hard to deal with.

Worst customer service, including fake names while talking to customer - after booking flight in 2 hours and they are saying they cannot refund me nor cancel my tickets asking extra money to book another tickets and used abusive language with no supervisor available to talk

I wish I could have picked ZERO stars!! This was the worst experience. I travel often and needed a last minute inexpensive fare for an unexpected need to visit a family member. They claim to give you this wonderful discounted rate to then spend a hour + on the phone when they tell you that they can only secure one way; they then claim to find you a deal "close" to what they originally offered but leaving from a different airport and flight times to and from changed. I ended up paying almost three times what was originally quoted because once you pay their rate you cannot be refunded. Don't believe the sentence in their first confirmation email: " You may opt to cancel your booking in case updated or alternate option does not work for you." THAT'S A SCAM!!!! I tried to cancel and just eat the 321 bucks they already got but they still said I could not do that. Please don't fall for this!! Go to a reputable site, I will never use this service again, LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!!

I had a very disappointing experience booking flight tickets through this website. About an hour after completing my booking, I received a phone call informing me that the fare I had purchased was no longer available. Instead, I was offered alternative flight options at a much higher price.

I originally paid for five tickets, but I was told that the amount I had already paid would only cover two tickets, and I was asked to pay an additional $3,000 to complete the booking. This was completely unacceptable.

When I requested to cancel my booking and receive a refund, the agency refused to process the cancellation. Based on my experience, I found their business practices to be misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before booking with this company.

This website is truly a scam site. They promise you one price and you commit only for them to contact you minutes later saying they were only able to secure one leg of the trip and to move forward with the booking you will have to pay hundreds more than initially advertised. The kicker is that they will tell you that they already booked half of the flight and basically you can’t /won’t get your money back, which forces your hand to purchase the higher flight. Sure if you pitch a fit they will offer you a one time discount but it’s still going to be hundreds more than the initial quoted price. That being said. Do Not Use these people!!!!!!

This is a fake website, all reviews are fictitious too. You are not buying airline tickets.

This is a bait and switch company. The offer you a flight at a very low rate and when you purchase, they call you about ten minutes later and say that your departure flight is no longer available, but your return flight is. Then they tell you that they will find you a new flight and they increase the price to three times the amount. When you tell them to cancel the flight they tell you that if you do you will lose the initial amount you were charged.

Katherine was able to get me on my flight dates as requested and was very patient with my questions along with options.

This company is FAKE 100 percent. Dont book through them, they don't have real flights and will still charge you and not refund you. They said oh we are giving you a huge discount and the airline doesn't have a ticket available for you, they must be overbooked. The airlines had plenty of seats available I called AA and asked. Don't use this company.
