Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 65 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Travelers explained that the company displayed attractive rates online, but shortly after securing a reservation, agents called to claim the selected seats were unavailable and demanded substantial additional payments. Many consumers felt misled by these practices, noting that tickets were often changed to standby status or alternative flights without proper consent. Some reviewers were not happy with the customer service, describing representatives as rude and unhelpful when attempting to resolve reservation errors or request cancellations. Furthermore, consumers frequently mentioned unexpected payment issues, including unexpected billing and severe difficulties in obtaining refunds.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE A SCAM. They purposely put the incorrect DOBs on my airline tickets in hopes that I would Call them back and PAY them $100 to correct it. Then the person I was talking to was rude and nasty when I called to have it corrected. American Airlines corrected the information for no cost after they LIED and said AA would change me more to correct it. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY, and BRAINCELLS AND DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this company. I booked a flight ticket that was advertised for around **$400**. The next day, I received an email saying that my ticket had not been confirmed and that I needed to call their customer service immediately.
When I called, I was told that the only way to confirm my booking was to upgrade to a ticket that cost almost **twice the original price**. I refused because that was not what I had agreed to pay. I then asked them to cancel my booking, but they refused.
The most shocking part was that they told me the **only way they would cancel my booking was if I left them a 5-star review using the link they sent me**. I was forced to do it because I had no other option. It was a humiliating and extremely frustrating experience.
I have never experienced anything like this before. Forcing customers to leave fake positive reviews in exchange for canceling a booking is unethical, dishonest, and feels like blackmail. In my opinion, this is a fraudulent business practice. I strongly recommend that others avoid this company.

This is a SCAM

This is a SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM
THEM. I booked a ticket for $211, they called me two hours later to tell me that I need to pay an additional $290. They refused to refund the amount that I’ve already paid after I requested to cancel.

Scammers

I wish I could give Negative stars, this is a SCAM site. After booking for $336, I got a phone call it would be $900 additional for a ticket. The representative screamed at me and told me I could not cancel, so I locked my credit card and had to get new cards to make sure they do not charge me. I am still very leary as they had my email and phone number that I did not fill out on the reservation. Very sketchy and unprofessional.

This is purely a Cheater Company

This is purely a Cheater Company, I have Booked my local flight, where by they displayed the Option of "LAO CENTRAL AIRLINE" Flight, whereas after investigation, I found that the said Airline has disappeared all their Operations in the Year 2014.! it Means Pure Cheating to get Money by Fraud.

Don’t EVER USE this scamming scheming fake line, definitely not a replica airline.

I saw the price online to Antiqua for $714. I booked the flight, and then received a phone a few hours later stating that I would owe an additional $300 for seating. I asked the agent to cancel my flight and refund me my money. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund. I would receive a credit for a future flight. Luckily they hadn’t taken the money out of my account, and I was able to go to the bank, and cancel the withdrawal. This company seems to be totally fraudulent in their representation. What’s ironic is that each time I called to express my frustrations, the same person answered the phone. How often does the same person answer the phone for an airline? Hopefully the Better Business Bureau will get involved and dismantle this scam of an airline.

It’s really worst, initially it shows lower price and after booking agent will call u and say you can get the diff airlines with long layer for that cheap and if you want direct flight then it will be more price than the original airline websites, trust me don’t go for cheap deals fair. It’s not cheap and it’s a unfair

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!

I had a very disappointing experience with CheapDeal. My main concern was that my personal contact information (phone number and email address) was not added to the airline reservation despite multiple requests. Instead, the agency’s contact information remained on the booking, which made me uncomfortable because I prefer receiving flight updates and notifications directly from the airline.

I repeatedly asked for my contact information to be added to the reservation and explained why direct communication with the airline was important, especially when traveling with family. However, my concerns were not resolved to my satisfaction.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that my reservation was canceled before my concerns were resolved. Rather than addressing the issue and providing a satisfactory solution, the booking was canceled, leaving me with uncertainty and inconvenience.

I have booked through other third-party travel agencies, including Expedia, and have never experienced this type of issue. Based on my experience, I recommend that travelers carefully review how their contact information will be handled and ensure they are comfortable with the agency’s policies before booking.

Cheapdealsfare Misleading sales

This has been, without exaggeration, the worst experience I’ve ever had with an airfare agency. I booked my ticket through cheapdealsfare, and I never received my confirmation. When I called to ask what was going on, they told me they didn’t have a seat for me. Their “solution” was that I could either be put on standby or pay an additional $589 for a seat in the main cabin.

They repeatedly said my options were "either stand by or pay $589,” In the end, I still had to pay an extra $200, and I ended up traveling a day later from a completely different city, which forced me to pay another $100 for a bus fare to get there.

The whole situation was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

I strongly recommend that no one ever use cheapdealsfare Save yourself the headache and use other travel sites.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. It is a total SCAM. They show low prices and as soon as you book they will call you and double the price of the ticket. When you try to cancel - you have to call several times and tell them to cancel. They try and BULLY you and tell you there is no refund on the ticket. Customer Service is HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE.. DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My experience was similar to other, a classic bait and switch. I signed up for a what looked like a great price and got a call that the second leg of the trip sold out. I was told I needed to upgrade seating on the same flight or schedule a completely different flight for the second leg. In all, the original price for the entire trip was $276, I ended up paying $588 to the company and still had to pay more for seating. Their website and booking says that you can cancel your booking for any reason for a full refund but they refused to do it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and my lawyer.

This is a total Scam

This is a total Scam. They give you a "reservation" and take your credit card information and then tell you they couldn't get the return flight. They also say the departing fight is standby only and the return flight is going to be more money($250 in my case). Called American Airlines after I booked the exact same flights with them and they said they don't sell standby tickets. Also had a fraudulent charge right after I did it and my credit card company contacted me, something for Rachel Ford music, had to close my card and get a new one. Have never had a fraudulent charge on that account in 20 years.

Total Scam

Total Scam. I got redirected to them through a compare and save site. I found a good deal, "booked it," after reading where it in no way indicated that me providing CC information was not actually booking it. I selected a round trip Delta nonstop flight. I get a confirmation that they are working on it, and it seemed suspicious, so i google it and immediately see horrible reviews so i call and they cancelled it and sent me a confirmation.

15 minutes later, i see emails coming from Sun Country that i have confirmations of 2 different numbers for the same one way flight. I never even selected Suncountry, and then if i looked at the itinerary, it said, CANCELLED.

My account was immediately charged two 179.99 fees for the same one way flight that this company immediately cancelled. And now they won't answer my calls. I am disputing with the bank, but i didn't authorize ANYONE to change me anything, let alone Sun Country. This is a total scam. I might get it back in 7-10 days, if i am lucky.

If there were a way to give ZERO stars

If there were a way to give ZERO stars, I would. This site appears to use a bait-and-switch tactic.

I attempted to book a round-trip flight to Sacramento, California. The website initially showed a total cost of $356.06. However, the booking remained “in progress” for an unusually long time, so I decided to call their customer service number at 1-866-960-2626.

I spoke with at least two representatives. They told me the delay was because they were still trying to secure seats, and according to them, there was no seat available for the return flight at the advertised price. They then informed me that I would have to pay more in order to complete the booking.

When I asked how much more, I was shocked to hear that the new total would be $589.00 — far higher than the original quoted price of $356.06 shown on the website.

I requested to cancel the transaction, but they told me cancellation was not possible because the departure flight had already been booked. They said I only had three options:

Pay the higher price
Let them keep the money already charged
Accept a voucher from them

This experience was extremely frustrating and felt very misleading. Customers should be aware of these practices before booking.

This website is literally a "bait and…

This website is literally a "bait and switch" operation. They have a lower rate on the site, and when you call to confirm the fare, they pressure you into booking a much higher fare. Saying that the flight you chose is not available, or you have to go on standby, and or choose another flight and or airport to fly out of, if you want the cheaper rate. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

SCAM - SCAM - SCAM

I wouldn't give 1 star but it was required - SCAM - total bait and switch - do NOT use this company. Within minutes of booking a flight I get a call about the economy seat no longer available and it would cost me an additional $399 to upgrade, then it got worse from there. I had my credit card company on the line at the same time and was able to cancel my card before any attempt at charges went forward - TOTAL SCAM - do NOT TRUST these people.

Such a scam

Such a scam! Please do not book with them! Like the other reviews, we purchased flights for 968.00 and they call 10 minutes later saying the flights were not available and we now had to pay $1600.00. When you google their provided address- it's a one-bedroom apartment in New York! I am so sick of scammers, and I hope they are caught and stopped, people work too hard for their money to be scammed like this!
