i had ordered from them before,but cheapcigaretteaustralia.com,i paid for a special$45 for 100gram of ryo,&ive paid,sent the payment summary,many many times,im going to the bank today

My first and only order was 2 cartons, only 1 arrived in the undamaged, unopened box. Communication almost non-existent. Now almost 4 weeks later I am still one carton short.

This website is a scam do not buy from them. I paid $400 and have yet to receive anything. They have told me to pay another $100 if I want a refund! Or pay another $100 and they will send my order!!

My husband has been using this website for 8 years now. We did have some problems on and off over that time with wet tobacco which was not good but Sam always answered my emails and did what he could to solve the problem. We have been getting the ready made cigarettes now for a few years and they are better value. My husband likes them and I like that they don’t cost an arm and a leg. We will continue to buy from them as the deliveries are always prompt and if there are problems someone always helps us out. Here’s hoping they keep going

I would love to leave no stars.☹️ I’ve smoked on & off for 35yrs & this is the worst thing I’ve ever smoked. Doesn’t smell or taste like tobacco. Everyone here for Christmas 2022 says this is disgusting & leaves you with a wet cough & a bad taste in your mouth.Horrible.

Cigarettes are quite cheap and the quality is also good. Item was delivered correctly and quickly. Have a clear invoice at checkout. It's really convenient

Scammers. They change the TLD part of the domain name but they keep cheap-cigarettes in the DNs. So be careful and do not buy from them.

If I could give a 0 review I would. They are a scam. They communicate with you until they get your money and once they get your money they no longer respond to you. I placed an ordered on May 3, 2022, and have yet to receive my product. I’ve sent numerous emails and have yet to receive a response. They are crooks! Stay away! I wish I would have read the reviews prior to placing an order.

I ordered before reading these reviews and it had me very worried. Ordering was said to be 1-5 business days and happy to report that on the 5th business day my package arrived in full. Quality is as expected. Good service.

Buying from Cheap cigarettes for well over a year and all I can say that they are honest and perfect value for money . I order every 2 week , me and my wife are smokers and I got it every time in 2 , max 3 day here in TAS , Thanks you , I continue to buy here and hope they stay for long long time

Absolutely no issues whatsoever.
I have been able to return unopened cartons and receive credit against my next order.
I have emailed regarding particular brands and always received a reply.
When a delivery was very overdue, they tracked it for me.
If you smoke lighter cigs like I do,try the Esse Blue. Pre-COVID, I bought Esse Oscar.

Well it is almost 2 months since my first delivery and I'm happy to report here again, still a very Positive experience.
When I found these reviews a few days after my first order and I will admit, I did panic, I'm a Pensioner and thought I'd lost my money.
But my first order arrived as stated, just 4 days after(and I'm at Nth Qld)
I order each 2nd week (at Pension payment time.)
Only one delivery took over 5 days(but due to recent cyclone weather I'd say.)
My savings, now allows me to buy more & better quality groceries.

don't buy any of these scammers. I bought from them and received nothing and after I paid them they stopped answering my e-mails.

I have bought the Manbro Gold cigarettes twice now and haven't had any problems. Correspondence has been great and delivery extremely quick.

Don't ever buy "drum" rolling tobacco from these guys. It is terrible on many levels :(.

As I suspected, despite the terrible (super wet & compacted!!!) quality as well as unattractive & unprofessional packaging, it doesn't make sense to get back from you just a credit, and then get stuck again. So, because you were unwilling to demonstrate enough flexibility, I'll have to deal with what I've got; unfortunately... :(

I have been a smoker for a long time, and I know what's good and what's not.
The rolling tobacco you are sending around is crap! Pure & simple.

I cut it, dried it, but it didn't get any better at all. The only thing that happened is that after the drying, out of the initial 100 grams, only and exactly 69 grams remained. Now, like other screwed up buyers, I will have to be mixing slowly the 4 x 69 grams with the much better stuff, bought for ~the same original/initial price. The actual price now, (of your so called "drum" - a blatant lie about this well recognised brand) is now ~$100 for 100g. I.e., the crap is becoming expensive in addition to its terrible quality & presentation.
I might be forced to using apple slices or something similar to try to give it back some newly found dignity, but I doubt that's gonna work...

I am very disappointed of our business relationship. I will share my experience with all AU smokers that I know and I don't know, so hopefully they don't ever order the so called "drum" from you and get disappointed as I did.

And, don't pretend you don't know what I am talking about, please.
