The whole process was excellent.
When we arrived at the airport our driver was there holding up a card and the transfer was good.

The transfer back was also good. Reconfirming with you was straightforward. The driver was there at the agreed time and drove us back to the airport with no problems.

What also gave me confidence was that, while booking, had managed to autofill my home address into the destination box! I was anticipating a nightmare, but when I emailed you Paul got back to me within a couple of hours and it was all sorted out for me.

We booked transfer through Cheap Taxis this time last year from Fuerteventura airport to El Cotillo and again this time around for our February break.
The service is excellent; reassuring & clear communication before travel and both drivers were extremely pleasant and on the journeys to & from the airport. Highly recommended once again.

We hired Taxis for the transfer to and from Fuerteventura airport to Correlejo. Our driver met us with a clear sign and the ride was clean quick and courteous. On the way back, the driver was there bang on time and got us to the airport with lots of time for our flight. Communication from the company was also clear and prompt. Definitely recommend.

Cheapest quote I could find. I was a bit concerned that it would all be OK because I had to pay the transfer man cash on the day. I was worried that maybe nobody would show up. However he texted me on the day, showed up on time and was very helpful. He drove courteously and it was perfect. I will use this company again!

Excellent communications: emails confirm all details clearly and direct text from driver the day before give name & direct mobile. Drivers: safe, punctual and obliging. By far the best transfer company I have travelled with over 30 ski trips.

Great communication form office and drivers to keep us informed at all times. Drivers were early on both outbound and return journeys. Also very friendly and chatty. Helped load all cases. We had 2x 8 seater minibuses both very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

After waiting 30 minutes, I called the contact number (Antonio, Milan Bergamo) and he told me that he didn't know anything about our transfer, that he would contact you and call me back. After an hour of waiting, we called and sent several WhatsApp messages without a response. It's a rip-off. We had to rent a very expensive car. Please give me my money back.

Great communication from booking to the actual transfer from Turin to Sauze. We were a group of 9 and the transfer was in a small bus with loads of room for us and our luggage. No waits at any point and a good price. We would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault the taxi service we have used them several times now and continue to do so. Also recommended them to friends who have used them. Reliable quick friendly service. Beats the queues at TFS.

I called at 7:45 to book a taxi for my son for 8:30 at 8:36 i called again to ask about the booked taxi and was told it was stuck in traffic and would be here in 7 minutes at 8:45 i rang again to enquire about the booked taxi only to be told that the taxi had broken down and that the operator was trying to find me another taxi.
I belive my booking was given to some one else and they fobbed me off with lies . At no point did the operator make any effort to apologise or get me another taxi. When I asked why they had lied to me the operator got cocky with me and he just didn't care about the lies. At no point did this company contact me to say there was a problem and at no point did they try to find me another taxi. My son is autistic and I already had a rough morning with him with a flat tyer. He was already distressed because his routine had be changed and he just wanted to get to college. I can't wait till robots take over taxis at least u won't be lied to!

Very bad customer service, allows you to book a time that isn't even available, then emails you to tell you can only do 3 hours after, happy to take your money then says refunded but never does, I'm sure Hel pull out his bag of excuses and snappy replies just like every other review on here, very bad service

Booked our taxi transfers from alicante to benidorm. Was very unsure of what to expect. Everything went according to plan. Very professional. We were greeted at the airport by our driver. He didnt speak English. but he was very plesant he helped us with our cases. Our transport was clean and we had plenty of room.
We paid for the return trip on arrival. I was a bit concerned but it's understandable to pay up front for your return journey. Who hasn't run out of money on holiday?
Our return journey was booked for 7.45am and our flights were 11am travel time 1 hour.
Our driver arrived at 7.30 again didn't speak English but very pleasant. Nice transport . Will have no hesitation to use again transfer time 45mins from the alicante airport to levante.perfect all you can ask thankyou for taking care of us.

I booked a trip in Alicante and was waiting for the driver for 50 minutes. They also did not have to pay with card and I had to do a transfer to the driver as I did not have enough cash

We have used this company for trips to Spain,Turkey,and returned yesterday from Corfu,the vehicles provided were immaculately clean and the drivers have all been courteous,polite and some cases very knowledgeable about the area.
Wouldn't hesitate to use them again
