I fell for Chatly because their site appeared on top of search results when I searched for Claude. Likely from aggressive ads. I mistakenly subscribed, thinking it was Claude AI. Their policy says ref... See more

Scam and fraud
Scam. made to. look like anthropic, very deceiptive. buyer beware. Avoid this. In fact meta and google should NOT be hosting adverts from this obviously fraudulent company.
These theives look very similar to…
These theives look very similar to claude. When I was paying for claude and somehow got onto their BS site on Christmas day. When I queried the payment literally minutes after subscribing realising this was not claude and I had madea mistake they wouldnt refund my money. Gave me some half baked answer right after Christmas. These guys absolute rubbish. If you choosing a AI platfom there are 100s of better solutions.
Same as everyone else
Same as everyone else. Mistakenly signed up thinking it was Claude. I even upgraded the service because I thought I would get "memory" ability at high level (because I thought it was Claude). That was when I realized my mistake and wrote them 45 min after signing up for cancellation and refund. No such luck. Even tried disputing it with my bank but bank also said no because I filed under wrong category and my bank wouldn't even refile my dispute under appropriate category. Horrible company and horrible experience. I would have even paid for jsut a month due to my mistakenly thinking they were Claude but they wouldn't even offer that since I paid for annual subscription.
Deceptive advertising and refund…
Deceptive advertising and refund problems. They will ask you to cancel the dispute with your credit card company. DO NOT DO THAT because I did that and then they refused to refund me. Luckily for me, I presented evidence to Capital One, my credit card company, and they reopened the dispute AND credited me my $90.00. EVERYONE, please report this company to STRIPE, their payment processor, for FRAUD. Also, they are registered in Turkey and the USA in the State of Wyoming. Report the company Vyro.ai to the Attorney General's Office (see below) and dispute the charges with your CC company or reopen the case. Cite the Trustpilot reviews and provide the link as well as all of your emails.

However clever AI can be
However clever AI can be, I've tried 4 AI programs, the images I enter to the images that are finalised in a picture or video movement, do NOT look anything like the images I entered, now, I have a problem trying to cancel my subscription and get a refund. Be very careful what you think you're going to get
This is an absolute scam.
This is an absolute scam.. accidently subscribed, messaged to cancel subscription and to get a refund and they waited weeks to respond and wouldn't refund based on their policies. I do not recommend.
I Like the One-Stop Access to Multiple LLMs
I’m surprised by the negative reviews. Chatly isn’t very transparent about how it works behind the scenes or how everything is set up, so it’s hard to judge what’s happening under the hood. That said, I really like the convenience of being able to query multiple LLMs in one place—and paying a single subscription instead of separate fees for each model. I think of them as a proxy towards different LLM. Fine for me :)

Absolute Garbage
Absolute Garbage. I accidently signed up and emailed them literally 5mins after to request a refund and cancel my subscription. This is a Scam business.
If you want peace avoid chatly- coming…
If you want peace avoid chatly- coming from a paying user.
- It dictates its uptime
- then you would have to expose it to a lot of data (train it) to understand how to respond to questions
Chatly only offers refunds after bank disputes
Be careful with this service.
I accidentally subscribed to an annual plan and contacted support immediately. The service was never used.
Support took weeks to respond and initially stated that refunds were not possible under any circumstances.
After I filed a bank dispute, the company then confirmed they could process a refund, but only if I canceled the dispute first.
This means refunds are possible, but only when customers remove bank protection.
If you encounter issues, be aware that you can request a bank/card dispute. Do not rely solely on their support responses.
It is a scam and should be blocked.
Same thing as everyone else
Same thing as everyone else. Got tricked by their marketing dark patterns and subscribed to them thinking they were Claude. I feel dumb. But hopefully their trust pilot score will make charge reversals for future victims easier.
P.S. They won't refund you, but request it anyways and let them say no. It will make it easier to convince your bank to reverse the charge.
Extremely unresponsive and unreliable
I used to be with Ninja AI, but they scrapped their standard AI and chose to provide only the SuperNinja, which is useless for my application so I decided to cancel my professional membership. I switched to Chatlyai and after testing briefly purchased a professional-level membership. I use AI to re-write paragraphs for my building inspection reports, based off of my field notes. Anyway, things were going fine for a while, but tonight the ChatlyAI is basically unresponsive. It takes between 7.5 minutes to 11 minutes to get a response to each query, which is basically unusable. Apparently this is a common issue with ChatlyAI, as it is known to be very unreliable. If you're looking for a good professional-grade AI that you're willing to pay for, skip this one. I'm cancelling my subscription package tomorrow.
I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Chatly's deceptive business practices. I mistakenly subscribed to their service and requested a refund within minutes. I had zero usage—no queries, no data processed, absolutely nothing.
According to their own official Refund Policy (Section 3), customers are entitled to a full refund within a 12-hour window if usage is minimal (under 5 messages). Despite this, their support team refused my request, claiming that "accidental purchases are not eligible."
When I pointed out their own policy, they began to "negotiate" like a street market—first offering a 35% refund, then 50%, citing mysterious "non-reversible hard costs." However, they refused to provide an itemized breakdown of these costs, which is a direct violation of Section 8 of their policy.
It is clear that Chatly intentionally misleads customers by publishing a fair refund policy but instructing their support team to ignore it. If you value your money and expect professional ethics, stay away from this service. I am now forced to resolve this via a bank chargeback and have filed a formal complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).
Avoid at all costs!
Total scam. Please do not sign up.
Total scam. Unbelievable that these guys are still able to operate seeing all the negative reviews here. I had the same issue as most people that have given a one star review. Signed up thinking I was subscribing to Claude, then immediately understood my mistake and wrote to get a refund. After two weeks Chatly Support replied refusing a refund saying:
"Hello, We completely understand that mistakes can happen, and we truly empathize with your situation. However, as per our refund policy, accidental or mistaken purchases are not eligible for a refund. This is because we incur non-reversible costs from various service providers at the time of subscription activation, and these costs are paid in advance. Therefore, we must adhere to these costs, and we are unable to process a refund for accidental purchases."
Chatly just scam money from customers looking for legitimate AI services and then channel that money into a Google Ads, to continue the same nasty cycle. This is not only illegal (in Europe at least) but should not be allowed by the Google Ads team.
In my case I passed this to a lawyer and will persue Chatly in the courts as a matter of principle.
Be very careful do not do business with…
Be very careful do not do business with this company, this a bigger and very elaborate scam, the HQ company is vyro.ai pvt ltd (Pakistan) not the US. Here some info:
Developer Address: House 80 Street 7 H 13-3, Islamabad 46000, Pakistan
Developer Phone: +92 302 1134455
Developer Email: support[at]vyro.ai
BBB Listing: Chatly AI (chatlyai.app) – 1 scam report (Google search deception + refund refusal)
I am usually pretty careful, but i let my guard down and I screwed the pooch on this one.
Got my refund by other legal ways working on cleaning up this mess.
Also be aware that all customer service is AI generated, they are using Intercom.com and Chat bot, so the Ai si prompted to give generic answers. Use prompt back to bypass their system. Unfortunately, being a scam, you won't get your refund, but we can probably overwhelme the bots. Also i would encourage everyone to fill a complaints to Stripe: stripe.com|en-ca|complaints
What scammers hate the most is cut their funding. Also report to the AI Model Providers, All major AI providers have strict "Prohibited Use" policies that explicitly forbid using their models for scams, fraud, and other deceptive actions. Which they fall into via social engineering and misleading marketing.
You can report Vyro LLC directly to each provider whose models they are using (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek). You would need to provide evidence of their deceptive practices, such as misleading advertisements, user complaints, and the fact they are impersonating other services.
Any little bit help against scammers.
Do not use it
Do not use it. Very poor customer service communication and their services
Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I subscribed to this platform before fully understanding what it was and once I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for (within a few hours of signing up), I requested a cancellation for a refund of my one-year subscription, somewhere around $100. After a week of silence, they replied that they incur a cost when someone signs up for their service, somewhere around they cannot refund me a dime. Absolutely criminal. Engage with this company at your own risk.
