Jag prenumerade till ChatGPT Plus men det har inte fungerat som det ska. Här kommer en summering av läget: Subject: Escalation Request – Case Marked Resolved Before Issue Was Addressed
Hello OpenAI Support Team,
I’m writing to request escalation of my unresolved support case regarding the GPT-5 Instant model being greyed out in my ChatGPT Plus account.
My previous correspondence was handled by Arjay from your support team. Despite following every step requested—including capturing and submitting a validated HAR file and screenshot—I have not received any further update or confirmation that the file was reviewed.
To add to my concern, I’ve now received two “How satisfied were you?” survey emails, which usually appear only after a case is considered resolved. Since the problem is still open and I have not received any technical findings or next steps, I’d like clarification on whether my case was closed in error or auto-closed by your system.
If this is standard policy, please confirm—but if not, I request that my case be reopened and reassigned to a senior representative or escalation manager for continued assistance.
For reference, here’s what has already been done:
Submitted full HAR log (chatgpt.com.har) and sanitized version.
Provided Google Drive link and screenshot confirming file validity.
Completed all troubleshooting steps related to Microsoft Edge and ChatGPT Plus access.
This issue has already consumed several hours of effort, and I would appreciate confirmation that it’s now in the hands of someone who can review it fully.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I look forward to hearing from a support manager or escalation specialist soon.
Constant upselling, poor support. Every session is littered with prompts to upgrade — the free version is so crippled it feels like a demo. What’s worse, the process for reporting bugs or malfunctions is deliberately convoluted, clearly designed to make users give up. Instead of offering real support, it pressures you to pay. Frustrating and disappointing.
Completely unreliable. Disrespectful towards users.
People-pleaser in a nauseating way. His writing is constantly repetitive and full of cliches. Never does what you ask it to do. And the most infuriating thing of all is a bug that they won't fix that frequently gets it to write back: "I'm sorry, but I can't continue this conversation". For no reason. Even when you paid for a subscription! Not worth it.
I am trying various AI models to build a server. I am new to coding and so far have had some very good experiences and have my server built, almost, how I want it. I had one issue left I used Chatgpt for. It kept making errors, requiring constant feedback that used up the session before getting anywhere. Every new session ended up putting me further behind than when I ended my previous session. It kept breaking software. It kept forgetting what software I was using and what versions I was using despite it telling me to install certain software. It even wiped out my core files, only to say sorry you cannot retrieve those files now. I had to rebuild more than one container and docker more than once. Nope, this is not for me. I tried for 4 days to get somewhere with it, but am slightly behind where I was when I first tried Chatgpt, and without all my files and photos of course. I do have them elsewhere. This is an experiment luckily. I do know how to install and remove software now though. I am very wary using this for coding and will not use it unless it is for a simple clarification. I certainly would not subscribe to it for coding purposes.

To the team that made this possible:

Too expensive, not worth the subscription price. No trial of the full use of the product. You only get 2 or 3 queries in a 24 hour period.
My fish is more intelligent than ChatGPT. It keeps on putting ridiculous comments at the beginning and the end of each sentence, never does what it is asked to do. It is actually quicker to do things the old way, involving a human being. And it is full of bugs and mistakes, completely unreliable.
it gave me inacurat ansers the math is terible very bad wold stop using it but it gets a few qestions right so maby it will get better
Truly a game-changing technology is ChatGPT. I am an early adopter of the technology and pay my 21.00+ dollars for me and a few of my employees. As a tool, I could go for hours on how much its improved everyone's life, collaboration and work productivity, but that is not the intent of this review but to rate the paid product. I think the current price is too expensive for a product that is growing so quickly that the network can't keep up. There appears to be no privledge to having a paid subscription as there are still request limits, slow responses and network time-outs and some features that simply don't work. Support is pretty good if you know the trick to reach them. Go to Discord and hit up the community. They're very helpful. If not, you can submit a bug-report and get an email from a support person. This early in the game, it's really about resources or more accurately the lack of them. AI is a world-changer and adoption has been a bullet to the sky and these are merely growing pains. I look forward to the day when the network can support the product but today, the cost isn't justified.
After using the service for a bit I was unable to cancel my subscription and the support was unresponsive. Be very cautious before buying a product here.
