Chatbooks printed a fantastic memory book ! A true treasure! The photo quality is great and the paper is nice and the hardbound book is solid. Love this 10 X 10 book, with room to write titles and names and personalize! Super easy to order, and a surprise presentation box made it special for gift giving.

One of the photos did not turn out well, my baby’s face was cut off. I’m hoping to call CSR to get some clarification if it can be corrected

Book was super dark
Book was super dark. Pictures were not the same color as the actual pictures at all. They were much darker.

I LOVE the idea of having Chat Books! I also love the back to back pics on each page of my chat books! I've ordered & received 4 of them & my pics came out really dark! That's what I don't like about my chat books!
