In any business all processes do not go perfectly. Working with CT there were some problems in having the product shipped (right product/wrong color). Customer service corrected the error, shipped the correct product. Their explanation for the error(s) were reasonable and they accepted full responsibility with a very professional, humble and refreshing attitude. So I can say their business processes are well executed in an acceptable and timely manner; knowing this I would recommend them to my friends.

Was told item was in stock, and it is a gift for a dear friend.

Now it is suddenly unavailable until the end of June!!!!!!!!!

They were extremely slow on responding to my phone calls/voicemails. I only talked to a real person once. Then, they didn't respond to emails effectively. The item was good, but the purchase/return/exchange process was horrible!

I searched the internet sites until I found the right jewelry box. The information on the item (important information like size) was excellent and the picture helped me to make a decision. The shipping was prompt and the packaging impressive. There was no way anything could harm that jewelry box the way it was carefully packed and protected.

Your customer service was great helping me sort out an ordering problem. Item came on time and was just what I wanted. Would not hesitate to use or recommend this company again.
