Excellent garage
I took my suzuki swift to this garage yesterday. I have been having issues with a shaking thudding noise coming fro the car.They diagnosed an issue with the automatic gearbox and referred me to a specialist garage. Great customer service and genuine people. Would recommend them.

I don't know who robin frank is but i know dean came in today after our fitting parts and driving it around for a year before deciding there was a problem! It needed another part that was worn and he decided he didn't want it. Short with me and the staff for no apparent reason. Happy for you to avoid us to be honest, we are not responsible for the speed in which main dealer parts are delivered and we have to have a vehicle off the road for more than 10 minutes in which to diagnose and do repairs. No garages are magicians I'm afraid but I am sure you will find another garage that will do any work for you. We work hard to ensure our customers are happy
There are more reliable garages!
Disappointed with a recent service I had here. The car went in with window washers not working it came out with window washers not working despite the fact that they had ticked this to say it was done and in working order. When I went back to point out that these were not working I was told that they needed new rubbers which would be over £100 with the labour charge. I took the car to another garage and it was just a case of unblocking and they worked fine. This garage almost cost me over £100 on top of a very expensive service for no reason. I shall not be using them again or recommending them.

Thank you for this review Carol. As I said to you at the time we had unblocked them despite your thinking we didn't. As they reblocked we suggested they were replaced so that it wouldn't happen again. It wasn't an expensive service, just a normal one, an exaggeration there. I know our labour rate is one of the least expensive around and we work hard to ensure we do a good job, otherwise we would not of survived here for 45 years. I notice you didn't mention the coil that you thought we had 'missed'. If we were just here to rip people off we would of billed you for that too. It wasn't broken when we serviced the car 6 weeks earlier. Maybe it wasn't even broken when you took it to another garage..... I hope you find another garage that you will be happy with.
