Lovely experience and great quality!

I found Chase Living quite by accident having met Alan the owner of the business. We bought two quality sofas at a competitive price compared to other retailers. They were delivered ahead of schedule and the packaging and old furniture taken away.

Arwen in the showroom could not have been more helpful. In addition the location of the showroom is located in very pleasant surroundings.

We were surprised with the range of furniture at Chase and the quality of the craftsmanship. We ordered a corner sofa with armchair and the service was second to none - friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. We had to wait 6 weeks from ordinary delivery which we did not mind as the items were made to order. They were delivered today and we are delighted with our new furniture! The good service continued with a follow up call to check everything was ok. Would highly recommend!

Alan and Arwyn went above & beyond to help me with my purchase of a beautiful mustard 2 seater sofa. They stored it for me until I found a new home & delivery was smooth and professional. They work very hard to run this wonderful showroom at Pant Wilkin Stables with gorgeous sofas & lounge accessories. I will definitely be back again to add to my new home.
