Went in to purchase a karaoke microphone and Amrik was very kind and helpful. Always enjoy popping into Chase, me and my friend are always made to feel welcome.

Amrik was very honest with me about my situation, he wanted to help me but also wasn't greedy and advised the clueless me that I shouldn't be spending too much on something that I can achive on my own (some context: I needed to have a string replaced on my electric guitar). I got some other essentials on the way out, great experience, I will be back!

The shop owner and staff were all super nice and professional! Helped me fix my guitar in a very short time and charges a fair price, also gave good advice. Would definitely revisit it.

There are not many shops I have been to that offer such a warm friendly open welcome like we received on visiting Amrik's business.

My son wanted to go and look in the shop whilst we were killing time to go to the Deep Purple Gig in Manchester.

He had recently bought a guitar and even though we did not go in to buy anything (and said as much), Amrik made us very welcome to stay and indeed to play! This kind of music shop should be supported for it's humble and personal services and deserves success and repeat custom.

What a wonderfully welcoming shop! Very happy with my purchase and even happier with the experience. I will certainly be returning.

I ordered the wrong Uke off the Chase eBay site. Gutted. Panicked. eBay order cancellation?? Sounded like a huge problem ahead.

TOTALLY WRONG.

I phoned the Business, 10mins from placing incorrect order. No waiting. No "press this press that", simply a quick answer and even quicker transfer to one Amrik, who I now know to be the Owner. Nervously explained my issue and steadied myself for a rough time.

TOTALLY WRONG.

My issue was resolved in minutes by way of a 100% refund. I need not have worried myself.

I have since ordered the correct item from Chase. Why would I look to buy anywhere else after such super Customer Care.

Chase is now my go-to musical instrument supplier. I'm a musician of sorts !!

I'm 76 years old, and this whole experience with Amrik and his business is most definitely my best ever shopping experience.

Amrik, you are truly a Prince amongst Men.

I popped into Chase Music Direct looking to buy a kettle lead as I was playing a gig that evening up the road and mine had unfortunately broken after soundcheck.

Although they did not have any in the wall for sale they kindly took a kettle lead out of one of their display amps and sold it to me.

All round kind and helpful service who were willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend.

Friendly staff and made me feel very at ease whilst selecting my new guitar!

After recently moving to the area I was keen to find a new 'go-to' for my musical needs and I definitely think I have found it! Nothing was too much and the staff even made an effort to get to know me by name.

Went to visit Amrik in Chase last week with a couple of queries about my guitar and amp. He was extremely helpful and offered some invaluable advice absolutely free of charge!! Will definitely be visiting again!

Visited the shop whilst in Manchester on Saturday. I recalled visiting the shop in the early 80s when it used to sell ARP keyboards so sought it out. The service and friendliness of the staff is still as good as ever and I enjoyed viewing their immense range of guitars, that were very competitively priced including their own brand. Great to see such a friendly well run business be successful for well over 40 years - well done Amrik!

I went into the store to see if they had any Capos for my guitar. The staff are super friendly, knowledge and helpful – with a massive range of stock. I’m already planning to go back again. 10/10.

Amrik helped me chose a ukulele for my son, he was really nice, thoughtful and helpful.

BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! They accused me of damaging a piano bench without proof or justification when I returned it unwanted. They then docked my refund by £15.

I dropped by Chase to grab some cables for a gig and ended up having a lovely chat with the owner, Amrik. I told him it was the shop my mum took me to get my first ever guitar as a kid. Brilliant service, everything a guitarist could ask for and a really friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be going back the next time I need anything.

I believe there are pianos upstairs, but we never got beyond the forest of guitars. In fact four of us ended up having quite a lengthy jam session. Extremely friendly shop with a huge range of guitars and basses, especially good for those on a budget and not wanting to spend thousands on the likes of Fender or Gibson.

The sustain pedal on the 3-pedal unit on the Chase stand for my Casio keyboard stopped working. I called them and was advised to send an email with full details, which I did.
Amrik from Chase phoned me, clarified what was required and emailed an invoice that I paid by bank transfer. The part arrived promptly, beautifully and securely packed and is now fitted and working correctly.
Excellent service; courteous, helpful and efficient.

Walked aimlessly around Oldham street when this music shop caught our eye, we went in and were immediately greeted by Amrik who was very charismatic and the sweetest guy. He made us feel very welcome and we had a lovely chat which left us smiling and talking about how nice he was.
