I only stuck with Chase because they…

I only stuck with Chase because they had ATMs in Walgreens back in the day when I drove a truck I should have left him a long time ago but now of course after 20 plus years with them I needed to increase on my credit but because I retired even though I have plenty of money in the bank, paid off property they tell me they can't do anything STAY AWAY I should have left them a long time ago once I didn't need ATMs but I stuck around like a dumbass get out of Chase never join Chase they're not worth it after 20 years of paying my bills on time they can't help me bye-bye!

Estate checking accounts

My complaint is really about bank procedure, not with individual bankers. For the past 3 weeks I have been attempting to open an estate checking account. This bank has no clear protocol for how to open such an account. The banker I am dealing with currently cannot get a clear answer on procedure from those in a position of power to help. Estate accounts are common and I have to think people need to create them every day. That Chase cannot provide clear guidance for both their bankers and their clients is pathetic.

Don’t get credit cards from Chase. Unethical and deceptive.

Was a customer for many years. Got tired of one sided and unethical treatment.
Last incident. I inquired about a credit card. I have near perfect credit rating and never a late payment with Chase in many years of doing business. After I said I was considering a particular card, they asked a few questions and came back with a very high interest rate and nominal credit limit. I figured it wasn’t a good fit. Little did I know that they, without my permission, signed me up for the card and added it to my account. Very deceptive tactics. I removed all my business from Chase.
Why do companies think that being deceptive and unethical is a good long term business model?

Chase processed two transactions …

Chase processed two transactions through my account , as I told them only one was necessary for payment, first they said , I needed to wait for transactions to post through , now they are telling me They need to check with merchant, to see if both were supposed to be paid , I am feed up with the way , my account has been handled, and its unacceptable, behavior on their part They need to do better at handling claims " They have cause me and my family much stressors " ..not good " ...Take responsibility and pay back what you owe to the customer and do what's right " ..👍👏 ...

Chase Bank USA quite possibly have the rudest customer service representatives ever. I’ve called them twice because they’re threatening to close my account for no reason and they are of no information or help what-so-ever. F Chase!!!!

Chase for Business is NOT a Business Bank

Any business owner who has had the fortune to work with a dedicated business bank, can tall you how great it is to work with them. A bank where the representatives get to know you, and your business, and though that develop a mutually beneficial relationship.

They see how your cash flows, and offer solutions. They want you to succeed and grow with them. They actually care.

Chase is not that. They don't do any of that. Their representative have no autonomy, so even if they could get to know you, they could do anything for you anyway.

My business, for example has been in operation. for nearly 8 years. We have no debt. And we have 5 star reviews on every platform that gives reviews. But we have changes with slow period and cash flow, and that is always when Chase steps in to hit us with as many fees as they possible can*.

They make sure our slow periods become crises. Fee extraction and non-responsive, and unhelpful service seems to be their main purpose.

My partner set up our accounts, and we are pretty firmly entrenched in the ecosystem that we are in, to make changes in a way that won't be costly.

But, I don't see how anyone could rationally could nor should run their business through Chase.

Find a business bank.. Don't learn the hard way.

*Actually, I don't want to say that, because they will probably come up with some new fees.

After 30 years as a customer was told no

After 30 years asking for the interest rate on a credit card to be lowered they said no so I closed the account and got 0 percent for a year from Discover and another 0 percent one from Citibank. Not to mention their paltry savings rate - 000.1? Something like that. Now my money is at a credit union, and the rest in a 4% high yield account....

AGE DISCRIMINATION

AGE DISCRIMINATION. Citi permanently closed both of my accounts because I keep a zero balance. They say I haven’t used my card enough. BULLSHIT! THEY ARENT MAKING INTEREST OFF IF ME SO IM BEING PENILIZED. I CAN NOT AFFORD THE INTEREST AND I SHOULD HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO CONTROL MY FINANCES. CHASE DESCRIMINATES.

Chase Bank in my town in CT has always provided great customer service. Whether on the phone or as a walk-in it's been professional service with every fraud against my account or just general help. Thank you Chase Bank.

Chase bank is really enabling scammers

Honestly it's the second times that Chase Bank doesn't help when it comes to being scammed. I have a feeling that they are helping scammers. I have 3 bank accounts with them and will be closing them. I have told them that a travel agency scammed me. Everything advertized by the agency wasnt provided. The trip was a nightmare. The owner of the agency doesn't want to reimburse. Mind you the agency and I have both chased as a bank. I filed a claim with chase and they could not do anything for me. I was willing to provide all the proof $3800 is not cheap. Now I am
Having to travel all the way to new York at the small claim court to handle this issue.

The guy is probably not going to show up. He vanished. Meanwhile I had spend extra money during this trip to cover another hotel food and transportation. I barely have enough to pay for my rent. Meanwhile this guy screw me over with $3800 and Chase didn't bother to really help. After the court hearing I am closing all 3 accounts

North Wrigleyville, Chase Bank Branch 000130 - I had to go to this place again to make a payment in person, because their online portal won't accept an online Bank payment even though my bank is linked to them, GO FIGURE. Today while there, the teller (Hagan, transaction #19) kept looking behind me. I felt like he was trying to offend me, but I never have bad days, only character-building days. I said nothing to him about his behavior, but his supervisor should enroll him in Customer Service Classes.

CHASE BANK IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, IDIOTIC, RACIST BANK IN THE WORLD! A FRAUDULENT CHECK WAS DEPOSITED INTO MY ACCOUNT WITH AN ALTERED SIGNATURE, CHECK NUMBER, DATE, THE PAYEE, AND AMOUNT. WE MATCHED MY SIGNATURE AND IT DEFINITELY DID NOT MATCH.! THEY DID NO INVESTIGATION ON THIS MATTER! THEY JUST CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY AND SAID THAT THEY DID WANT THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BANK. THE SUPPOSED MANAGERS ARE RUDE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO NAVIGATE THE SYSTEM TO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND GET TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR CONCERN ACCORDINGLY! THEY JUST BRUSH YOU OUT OF THE OFFICE BECAUSE THEY KNOW YOU ARE RIGHT AND THEY ARE IN THE WRONG! Worse System and Useless Customer Service

CHASE IS GOING OR IT ALREADY HAS GONE DOWNHILL LIKE A SKY DIVE. The worse payment systems (IT) and USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Major glitches in the system where it continues rejecting payments at multiple chase credit card accounts even when everything paid online looks fine. 2 days after the payment rejections, it sends me to the payment collection number/ agency due to their terrible and non-functional IT systems. Contacted customer services and they simply tried to make the same payment I've done and hoping it will get through after 2-days. No response when I asked him/ her to fix the system issues and how to deal with it if it happens again. Looks like cancelling the credit cards is the only solution to avoid dealing with this constant headaches and threats!!!

I like that question what went wrong…

I like that question what went wrong this time. That says it all I don't really need to answer it it's Chase Bank that's what's wrong.
Over $11,000 daily average balance yet on only one day that month I go down underneath their new minimum 1500 which was 1,000 last I checked I got charged $15 for having an account with them

The customer service is atrocious and I'm a lot better off with Midfirst bank. It's too bad I've had this account for over 40 years and just try to maintain it but you don't get anything for being a customer for 40 plus years other than screwed if you ask bridge balance goes below something you didn't know to which the minimum balance had been changed

Unprofessional

Unprofessional how do you close someone’s account or say it was restricted without telling them why unprofessional very rude will not give me a reason I would never recommend this bank. If you’re gonna say someone’s account is closed. Give them a reason. Don’t just close their account I would never think at this place ever again I wouldn’t recommend it run away from Chase worst bank in the world.

The worst bank ever

The worst bank ever. Please, if you care about your money , DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them . They do have the lowest fraud protection. DO NOT TRUST them with your money. They cannot protect them. I have Discovery, and they have the greatest protection. The fraudulent company charges me extra money, not an authorized transaction, and they cannot protect me when I have a dispute. Better Business Bureau lists the merchant that charges me without my consent with an F ranking, but Chase has not defended my case. They were just sitting on it. How incompetent you can be if you cannot defend a customer against a fraudulent company. I have provided them with the proof. They do not want to do anything . They are hiring incompetent people. I will cancel my cards with them, even if it will affect my credit score. But I'd rather do that than have someone steal all my info.

Chase bank in long branch New jersey is the worst bank. They stole my mother's saftey deposit contents auctioned them off over 100k in jewlery have no receipts to show for any of the sales. Lied to me on multiple occasions about the contents of the saftey deposit box. Now stoped answering my phone calls. Never received anything from corporate about my concerns. So basically if you work for chase bank you can rob your customers blind and chase will help u get away with it. Every person at the bank at long branch new jersey chase is covering up the theft of my inheritance from my mother jewlery that was in my family 4 generations gone with no answers or reasons as to why I wasn't contacted and the amount of time that they waited to do what they did they know they did me wrong and they dont care. They stole everything my mother had put away for me. I lost my whole family within 6 months when I was 18yrs old and what my mother had left behind for me chase bank stole it from me and cant give me actual real reasons on why the did what they did probly because the jewlery was very high value or maybe the person who opened the saftey deposit box saw jewlery she personally wanted either way they have robbed everything my mother left me. And now I had to put a report in threw the FBI because of this its ridiculous how they can do fraudulent things and rob there customers blind and get away with it its sickening to thing everything my mother did to make sure I would be okay and to make sure she left me with something they stole everything I cant believe how cause can allow there employees to do this. But what do u expect from the one who made sure the titanic sank so he could stay rich chase bank will rob u blind while smiling in your face

The worst experience I have ever had…

The worst experience I have ever had with a bank! I went to the Isleworth, FL branch to open a VA Fiduciary account on March 12th for my mom who is in a memory care unit due to dementia. On the 14th I received an email from Chase that this account was overdrawn one billon dollars!! No joke! I spoke with the branch and they explained that the documents I gave them from the VA didn’t scan right so I again visited the branch for them to scan them. On March 19th I received another email from Chase stating the account was overdrawn by one hundred billion dollars! Again, no joke! Once again I went to the branch and they told me they had opened the account under the wrong account (not VA). We opened a new account on March 20th. I was told that it would take up to two days to transfer the funds to the new account. On the 25th, the original account still showed an overdraft of one hundred billion. I was told it was because the manager needed to take off the overdraft on the original account. On the 30th of March I once again went to the branch because the issue was still not resolved. I was told that the manager of the manager of the manager needed to approve it. So, bottom line, they won’t allow me to close the accounts or withdraw money for my mother’s medical care! I would highly recommend to run from this bank!

Chase is crooked organization

I hold a chase credit card. I had a statement where they offered a pay in installments without interest plan. I saw there was a monthly fee but since it said I could pay it off early I assumed if I paid it off that would reduce or eliminate fees. It was only after I clicked to accept I saw that fees would Apollo matter how quickly you paid it off. I tried to reverse plan and couldn’t so called a customer service rep. She assured me that if I paid in full before end of statement all fees would disappear so I did. Next statement all those fees still turned up. I called customer service again and was told that because it took four days for my payment to actually post fees still applied. (I paid by credit card online so they should see date of actual payment. And just two days after creating contact.) Two calls now and they refuse to refund those fees for the payment plan I never used. They also refuse to honor what the earlier customer service person said. This is a racket.
