Great service - always reliable
Great service, fair prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a comprehensive range of fish, corals, inverts, and equipment. Why would you go anywhere else? Charterhouse has serviced my two tanks over the last year. They now look amazing! Would definitely recommend!

A good company let down by poor supply & delivery partners
A good company let down by poor choices of partner and unreliability in the delivery chain.
Whilst the company itself has great products, good prices and good communication, their delivery and supply partners are too often a liability that serves to harm the Charterhouse customer experience.
It’s harsh to tarnish Charterhouse as a result of this, but at the end of the day, my contract is with Charterhouse, not their suppliers and delivery agents, so when things don’t match the expectations Charterhouse give, it’s Charterhouse that receives the negative feedback.
For context I have made several orders with Charterhouse, and whilst the customer service has always been great, there have in every case been problems with supply, delivery or broken items.
I would use Charterhouse again, but not before seriously considering other retailers first.

First time customer ordering experience…
First time customer ordering experience has been terrible, from the website not discounting the price match given, to the address not been recognised as being in the UK and then payment not being accepted. You would think I would have stopped their but I gave them a second chance and now I have received my order and the wrong item has been sent. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I wouldn't recommend. Order number 452789.

Amazing customer service.
I ordered a very delicate UV bulb that broke in transit the first 2 times ( through no fault of Charterhouse) each time they resolved the issue immediately sending me a new bulb at no extra cost. Whilst I was disappointed that the bulbs broke, I was extremely impressed by how Charterhouse responded.
