I had a fantastic experience with Charmingsmiles. I went under orthodontic treatment for over 6 months. I was treat by dr Aneta and her team during my clear aligner treatment. I have been going to Aneta at charming smiles for over 10 years, I was absolutely petrified of the Dentists after a very bad experience as a child, from the first visit to charming smiles with Aneta I have felt at ease, she was so reassuring and professional but caring, aslo understanding why I was so nervous, am now able to visit feeling calm and know I will be ok, I love that my teeth are so healthy and they will make sure they stay that way

A thorough consultation explaining everything answering all questions followed by another consultation involving X-rays, scans, measurements and photos followed by a further consultation for a “mock up” of the finished process. Fantastic practice, good dentist who actually cares about patients. Very friendly and professional from the start to finish. Receptionist always very welcoming and try to look for best possible appointments.

Crown work completed
Recently had a Crown replaced (that was originally done many years ago by another dentist) and Aneta and the team were fantastic.
Aneta explained what would happen and all associated costs - and only took 14 days from start of treatment to walking out of the practice with the work completed.
Have used the practice since 2014 when I returned to Derby and have always been impressed by the way they keep me updated on when appointments are scheduled (text reminders and follow-up calls)
