Charmerly has been solid overall, but I had one glitch where a chat thread wouldn’t open. Refresh fixed it, but still annoying. Other than that, I like the pace and the way it’s designed, it's minimal and clean.

Works great on my phone. Haven’t run into any bots or fake-looking profiles, which is kind of shocking honestly. Interface is clean too, doesn’t feel like it’s trying to be a social network.

I’ve tried a lot of platforms that just felt like spam. Charmerly is different, I only really use it during downtime, late evenings, just scrolling around. haven’t chatted with anyone yet but i like how it feels. calm, clean, and i haven’t seen a single fake account so far.

Tried this twice and both times it just froze on me mid-scroll. Not sure if it’s a device thing, but I couldn’t even finish editing my profile. Gave it a shot, but it’s not usable like this.

Signed up fast, everything loaded well. No ads, no spam, and people actually seem real. No bots in sight so far. I’ve been using it on mobile, and it feels super light, haven’t had any bugs yet either.

Had a random issue with messages not loading. Sent a message to support expecting silence but got a real answer in less than a day. It was fixed by the next morning. That alone puts this way above most platforms.

Honestly? I have serious doubts, that this company is serious.Why: it seems to me, that they have a group of models, which are making pictures for company and maybe they are selling it to them. There is no picture which can is taken occasionally, everything is arranged. You can see same furniture and clothing on different ladies, No matter how many credits you by, after max. 3 days they are gone. When you say to lady, you need to leave, you seldom get any answer. You also get no answer when asking for phone/email contact. In fact if you try to deliver contacts, they are removed during route. Ladies sometimes don know what they were speaking day ago, or so. It all is weird.

When you try to deal with support, informing that something is wrong with lady' comunication - example even after exchanging contact details, the lady will continue to use the paid service instead using private contact - support will "pretend" to get in touch with the lady and by miracle she will appear privately - after that email, she will keep writing on the dating site. They will never agree to have a private video call or exchange personal phone number.

4 ladies that I've been interacting on charmerly had no idea who I was when I found them on facebook. In order to make sure that the facebook lady was genuine, they agreed to have a video call with me to make sure all the parties involved. All of them stated that they are not operating their profiles on charmerly, they are called by their local agents when it comes to make pictures with gifts - 3 ladies confirmed their profiles and messages are managed by local / regional agents.

I wish to give you few examples about the last lady I was talking to

- 1) on charmerly the lady I was talking to claimed she was busy with her aunt that was sick with covid for the past 3 months - on facebook she told me her aunt died 7 years ago (confirmed by a video call)
- 2) from pictures she sent me I was able to identify the location where she lives - it is a well known residential building in Kiev on the river - when I said the name of the residence, the lady on charmerly said she has no idea what that name means; the lady on video call confirmed I was right.

I informed support and moderation team about several cases but no one was solved or investigated in favor of the client.

Just avoid, support and their moderation team will always take the defense of the lady or their associated local partner, no matter how many evidence you bring to their attention.

I have contacted the support at least 20 times, providing evidence, screenshots, links to facebook profiles, etc. Everytime the reply from support / moderation team was "according to our records the lady texted you back with her personal email". This shows that no investigation was conducted or at least, the support based their conclusions on what the local agent said. How I know this? Very easy, I have requested to a lady to send a very particular selfie, carrying a glass of water in her right hand. She never sent that picture, opposite she sent an old selfie that she already gave me months before - of course, she couldn't do that because she wasn't the lady I was supposed to talk to.

The only thing you can do is to refund all the credits that I've spent on those fraudsters.

Someone should tell the guy that gave a 5 star review here. that he is chatting with a guy or girl from charmerly staff.( no need to worry about his wife finding out ).
