Sent wrong size and material on item and refused a return
The shirt I bought from this company was both the wrong size and the wrong material. I had ordered a Small size and the shirt was described as "denim." They sent me a Medium and the material was some slick silky like fabric, certainly not denim. They simply refuse to accept a return.
They refused saying that they had a policy of only accepting returning items for which they received a photo showing the item within 24 hours of arrival. This would not certainly not hold up in court. Furthermore there was no bill or anything whatsoever in the package to identify the sender so obviously there was no way to even know about their "policy." Nor was their name on the parcel. Curiously they did not send emails regarding delivery, rather a separate delivery company sent the emails about delivery. When I contacted the return address they denied being the actual supplier, nor would they identify the company that sent the item. So I ended up having to go back over emails. When I did I got this malarky about a 24 hour limit.
The worst internet purchase experience I have ever had.
