DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. You have to keep them informed that you bought something for them to ship it. I bought an item Nov. 20th. Emailed asking for verification it shipped. Finally shipped, it's December 5th. All because I had to email them asking for shipping details and essentially, where is my item. With little remorse or ways to make it up for their error, besides "sorry." No expedited shipping, no discounts. Just "sorry." Will not shop from them again and not recommend.

Just to clarify: you should never have to “remind” us to ship. We aim to dispatch quickly (and we do offer express options), but if your order from Nov 20 only moved after you emailed and you got almost no real help beyond “sorry,” then we clearly didn’t handle this right.

I ordered a shirt from them in…

I ordered a shirt from them in September and paid for package protection. The shirt never arrived- they sent me proof of delivery which was not my house. Now, after what feels like a million emails back and forth (which included ring doorbell footage showing that the date and time they state the delivery was made never happened) they keep telling me that they need to “reach out to the shipping company for more details” but will not tell me what details they need or what exactly they are waiting for. The fact that I paid for shipping protection and this is what you get in return? They are basically refusing to give me my money back. Stay away from them.

Edit to this since the company responded and is trying to make it seem like I am not talking about the correct company. Fine, let me rephrase- I bought a top from you. There, better? I have reported this company to the BBB and FTC. Do not ever purchase from CHARLIE SUEDE LONDON.

Just to clear up one thing first: we’re Charlie Suede (charliesuede.com). If your purchase was made on our site, we 100% want to sort this properly with you. (And yes, our shipping protection is there to cover cases like loss/misdelivery during transit.)

Here’s the clear solution from our side:

with subject “MISDELIVERED PACKAGE – September order” and include:

your order number, and the proof-of-delivery photo the courier provided (and if you can, a screenshot of the Ring footage timestamp you mentioned).

Once we have that in one message, we’ll immediately escalate it with the courier and either resend your item or refund you based on the outcome of the carrier confirmation.

Dont trust this company

Absolutely a joke of a company. I ordered a top back in August and it took about six weeks to arrive, even though they claimed I would receive it much sooner. When the top finally arrived, the quality was terrible, so I requested a refund. They then said they would charge a 30% restocking fee, even though I barely touched the item—I have no idea why they need 30%, and on top of that they expected me to pay for return shipping.

I pointed out that I would lose nearly half of my money and that they had been unprofessional throughout the entire process. Only then did they offer a full refund, which I accepted. I sent the top back (and paid for shipping) two weeks ago and have been asking repeatedly for my refund. They keep delaying and ignoring my messages. I’ve even provided proof that the item was returned, yet they still refuse to process my refund.

This is absolutely unacceptable. They are scammers!

Here’s the clearest way we can fix this today:
Please email info@charliesuede.com
with subject “REFUND STATUS – (your order #)” and include your return tracking number / proof of return in the same email. We’ll immediately do one of these two things (no more delays):

Confirm it’s been received and push your refund through, or

If it hasn’t reached our returns address yet, we’ll locate it with the carrier and keep you updated until it’s marked received.

Just so you’re not left guessing: once a return is received + inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 business days (and sometimes banks take a little longer to show it).

If you were explicitly offered a full refund in your email thread, we’ll honor that, just forward that message along with your tracking.

Fake drop shipping brand!

Fake drop shipping brand ordering rubbish from China posing as a "small business". Literally found their Mia dress on another website called "Ance Grita" for 2x the price. Watch out for these scammy businesses you see on tiktok. Thought the dress was nice and was going to purchase but glad I read the reviews first. Steer clear from this lame money grab!

Dishonest online company . DO NOT Buy from Charlie Suede!

The worst , dishonest online company ! Do not buy from Charlie Suede ! They sent the wrong dress at first and then refused to refund it . Then i had to pay extra to order replacement dress. They would not deliver the replacement dress that i had paid extra for. They kept saying they would check but after waiting for over 2 months, i still have not received it. The customer service is very low in responding and they kept saying that they would check and let me know when i can receive the dress. They are scammers ! Buyers Beware!

Larroude is the worst

Larroude is the worst. I placed an order for two pairs of sandals. The first came in a timely fashion. The second ? - not only have they still not arrived but after 6 emails to larroude I received one "generic" response - and no answers. When you call their phone number they give the message that says "they are busy and may not be able to take my call now". Then it hangs up on you. The tracking says the package has been "In Memphis for 11 days"..... Larroude has really poor customer service.

Never Received Order

Literal scammers

Literal scammers. I ordered on 1st September, no proof of shipping, refuse to refund shipping cost if the item arrives, can’t tell me when it’ll be shipped and “Zain” is incredibly unhelpful over email, declining to give me my money back despite them being very much in the wrong as I have still not received anything. I have disputed with my bank because now they’re not responding! They will take your money and give you nothing in return.

I ordered something in July and it didnt ship out until September. In between I tried to contact them multiple times in order to cancel the order since it was taking too long. They kept saying they couldn't because it was going to ship out soon. They finally told me if it didn't ship out in 5 day they would refund me. I contacted on the 5th day and they replied on the 6th day saying it had shipped. How the item says "arrived" 2 weeks later and it is nowhere to be found. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM CHARLIE SUEDE.

Please don‘t buy from here. It is a con. Rubbish quality, poor communication. Shipping from china. The photos are nothing like the clothes they send you. The clothes are so cheap they aren’t even good for fancy dress. Sad to have wasted so much money.

Straight into the bin

Bought the always abroad top after months of seeing the ads on ig and it took about a month to arrive. Came in a cheap bag (like a temu or aliexpress package), no receipt. I didn’t even get an email confirmation of purchase. The quality is absolutely garbage, looks nothing like the items in the promotional images. Instead of flowy it is stiff shein quality. Went straight into the bin. Avoid

Absolutely horrific company!

Absolutely horrific company!
Ordered a top which was incredibly overpriced considering what it was when it arrived. It was nothing more than a bit of cloth screwed up in a bag!
I complained to the company and stated I wished to cancel my order as per the consumer rights act which entitles me to a full refund.
The email thread went back and forwards with ‘Zain’ insisting I must provide evidence as to why I wished to return. I reiterated that the law protects me to which I was then given a returns form to fill out and return the item and to provide proof of postage to then receive a full refund…I have emailed this over and been met with radio silence. I will be contacting trading standards over the dire products and horrific ‘customer service’
