bad customer service

I send 5 mails without any response.
After a phone call they told me they are not the right partner for a candle refill.
Why did you have it at your website?
Can´t recommend this company. Very bad customer service.

I don't understand why we have this review, because I explained to you that our factory burned down and at this time we are not the right partner to do a quick refill we are getting back on track at the moment.
