Unfortunately, I never received the swimsuit I ordered. I paid for shipping and it did not get shipped to me and they did not leave it with a neighbor either. So, they left it at a package shop to pick up. Unforunately I have had an injury that does not allow me to leave my house to go pick it up. I paid 5 EUR for shipping and I expect to have it delivered. They said they were not giving me back the whole amount since it got returned even though they did not actually SEND it to me and I PAID for it. So, I would not recommend using this company since they dont' care about customer service even when they provide 75% of the process. Delivery is an important aspect and I am NOT PAYING extra to get it shipped to me AGAIN when they can't even get it TO ME. If I were not inured I would go to a store, but I ordered online so it would come to my house. They don't care about this and if that's not hte priority they shouldn't be charging 5 EUR shipping.

I would like ALL MY MONEY BACK because I did not get my ITEM OR THE DELIVERY. TWO THINGS I PAID FOR I DID NOT RECEIVE.

I knew the brand because I bought pyjamas for my little nieces back in 2019 (model “Take me to Paris”. The pyjamas are very comfy and great quality.
This year, my older sister wishes for a new pyjama for Christmas so Charlie Choe came to my mind, and ordered my one in the website.
