Charlie notifies me days ahead when my deposit will be in my account. Whenever I make a withdrawal, Charlie confirms the amount and the balance, plus I can withdraw a larger amount than my old account with my other bank. Also I can withdraw days earlier with Charlie. Vary helpful.
