Absolutely delighted. Mark texted me the night before to tell me the two hour slot and also in the morning to let me know the approx time of arrival. He unloaded the goods and then offered to set them up for me which I was more than happy to accept.

The wood quality is superb and Mark checked everything to ensure that the wood was fine

I have now ordered more items as honestly the price is brilliant for what you are receiving plus having a back injury, the setting up of the goods means that I can use them immediately without having to wait for somebody else to help me.

Ordered the two seater companion deal, with cushions and outdoor cover. Delivered without outdoor cover, queried with driver, who said he would have this included for next delivery run. Nothing after two weeks. Emailed their office twice asking for an update. Second response from them stated it was put out for delivery that day. 6 weeks later, still nothing. Extremely poor customer service. I’ve paid for a deal that wasn’t fully provided. No response to complaints. They’ve stole my money essentially. Avoid.

Since the initial post, the companion seat cover has now been delivered today (23/08/26). A good response, but it shouldn’t come to this.

I purchased a two seater and table garden furniture made by Charles Taylor on 30th March 2026 and was delivered in early April. Then I raised a concern about the chairs splitting on 17th August 2026. They stated the furniture lasts for 10 years. Both my chairs split through the knotting in the wood in less than 5 months!!!!! BOLTS kept coming loose no washers. Absolute shoddy furniture rubbish. it's absolutely terrible. I asked for two replacement chairs but they could not provide a delivery date to replace them and take the faulty ones back. It's 4 weeks now in September and I am still waiting for them to collect them. Though I have a full refund from the store I bought it from which was QD who are very helpful and trying to resolve this.. I phoned Charles Taylor on a weekly basis was told yet again by the same person in customer service at Charles Taylor and askedwhen are you going to pick the faulty chairs up. Still no date whatso ever. So very unhelpful. Charles Taylor do not care about their customers. SO BEWARE God knows when the furniture will be picked up but I am going to report this to TRading standards.

⁹Avoid. I bought a BBQ table, it was delivered in a flimsy, poorly packed damaged box. Without even opening it, I could see the item was damaged. I contacted GT, no response. I chased again and the response I got was , we "believe' the item may be picked up in 2 weeks time", no confirmation of a refund or exchange. I didn't think online retailers still behaved like this. Be mindful before making any online transactions with this company.

CLARIFICATION POST RETAILERS RESPONSE.

No exchange was ever offered ( I did ask). You only agreed to collecting the item on Sunday after I spent 15 minutes on the phone telling one of your reps that 14 days for collection/refund of damage goods was unacceptable.

I ordered the 3 seater Arbour and I am extremely pleased. It is well made and at a good price. It was delivered by a friendly driver who assembled it and positioned it in our selected position. Outstanding service.

Very good product .. goes on so well . Should do it every year but missed last year due to ill health. This year I thought may have to do two coats .. but no one was enough .. good product .

Bench was beautiful made and delivery on time with very helpful driver

Bench looked good so decided to buy, website mentioned up to 15 days delivery which I thought was a bit much gone ahead anyway and patiently waiting. No communication from the company... turns out delivery was gonna come 38 days later !!! Eventually they offered delivery cost refund but I am still waiting for that 2 weeks later. No communication. Bench looks ok so far as described, I hope quality is good. Only time will tell. The delivery man they used gone to the wrong address at first but called me to rectify and was friendly and efficient.

It was easy to place an order online. We had previously seen the Henley Twin Arbor at the Metrocentre on a regular display.
I was a little disappointed that I didn’t receive a regular update on the progress of my order.
However the delivery was very good, it came on the right day before the expected time slot and was quickly assembled on delivery. Quality is excellent.

Our garden furniture is lovely and I can't say enough about the absolute superstar who delivered it.
It was a pretty significant piece of puzzle solving, step climbing and heavy lifting.

We were looking for some good quality garden furniture, & came across the items at Clyde shopping hall G81 , we were very impressed with the items all laid out on show, the customer service advisor was very friendly ( Darryl ) we were offered next day delivery & was furniture was built up same time as delivery the furniture is solid & doesn’t blow over in high winds, , this summer we added a bench to finish off the set , once again delivery was spot on time , & a very friendly delivery lad, same guy as last delivery. I could definitely recommend this company, great products great customer service,

Absolutely fantastic company to do with knowledgeable staff pleasant helpful know the products that they’re selling pleasure to deal with. Absolutely fantastic company bought a bench organised delivery with them then they rang and said could they deliver it earlier which was not a problem fantastic just ordered some other products after ringing up to confirm I was getting the right ones not a problem. I’ve got plenty of time to talk to it’s a pleasure to deal with such a quality customer service

A truly aufull expearance .

I have wanted some good quality wooden furniture for many years but never found some at an affordable price. That was until I was in Glasgow, 2hrs from home shopping one day and came across this company showing a few of their products and fell in love. I wasn’t in a position to buy that day but took some photographs. Unfortunately I discovered later that the photographs did not get a good enough image of company name and was devastated. I knew I had to get in contact with them somehow so I contacted shopping centre and thankfully they could provide me details. This all took quite a while but it was totally worth it to receive my lovely bench and I cannot wait to order more. Solid, beautiful furniture at a fantastic price, delivered and fully assembled quickly

2.7m burgundy parasol purchased through B&Q.
Good communication, fast delivery & really pleased with the product.
Appears to be great quality & quickly assembled & up using my old parasol base.
Quickly lowered down & dismantled from lower pole to allow garage storage when not in use so not getting weathered outside.
Highly recommended.
