Dylan and Lucy were both fantastic throughout the whole process. They were professional, friendly, and always happy to answer our questions. They explained everything clearly and helped us secure our HP agreement smoothly.
The whole experience was straightforward and stress-free thanks to their excellent support. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I contacted David Pinder late in the day on Tuesday and by Thursday everything was completed. This was done with very little fuss or inconvenience and the follow up by Beth to keep me in the picture was excellent.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The whole process was quick, easy and completely stress-free. The team were really helpful, kept me updated throughout, and got everything sorted much faster than I expected.
The finance rates were very competitive, and there was no pressure or unnecessary hassle. Everything was explained clearly, making the whole experience straightforward and easy to understand.

Quick and easy process
Dorian was a great help in getting my deal through. He was extremely easy to communicate with and had the patience of a saint with all the questions I had. Deborah was also great in keeping me updated with the progress of my application, due to this great teamwork. I was able to pick up my car within a week.

My experience with Will, Elliot and Beth.
My experience with Will, Elliot and Beth from Charles and Dean has Been nothing short of perfect! I had a shortlist of 6 cars that I needed to get the right number that suited my financial circumstance and Will helped me find that. Will presented multiple options for me so I could make the right decision for me, never pushed or rushed just willing to assist at every stage. I was passed to Elliot who arranged the paperwork for the finance all done via email. This was a smooth transition and he was also available for me when I had questions and queries about my journey. Finally I was passed to Beth for the final part of the application Beth handled the finance agreement and signatures from myself and the dealer which was done quickly and efficiently again Beth was on hand when I needed questions answered. A well oiled machine! Everyone knew their role and executed it perfectly, even the car dealer commented and said your finance team are on the ball it was brilliant dealing with them.
I can’t recommend high enough and will use Charles and Dean again for my car finance! Well done and thank you!
