awful quality. fake pictures. Poor quality material, nothing like the pictures. Chinese company pretending to be British base. Do not Buy!!!!!

Poor quality, goods dammaged and all labels had been cut off. Obviously scammers.

Nasty and cheap items and look nothing like the photos. Ordered from the UK, they stated it was a UK site, which is a complete lie; its the same old cheap, nasty Chinese tat. To return, you have to send to China.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would have given it. I ordered a cardigan which on arrival looked nothing like the advertising. Horrible cheap fabric and it is so badly made it is already unravelling around the buttonholes. According to their customer services, it is meant to be like that! Stupidly I had not realised this English sounding company sends its products from China and the customer has to bear the cost of returns. It will probably cost as much as the initial outlay to send back. I feel utterly scammed. Please don't fall for this.

Completely false advertising. The product/cardigan I ordered is nothing at all like the image they were selling. It was cheap and faux printed. They are marketing on the basis that it is British but the website says based in America but actually your products are being dispatched from China. No wonder it takes ages to arrive.
I wouldn’t bother with communication - you’ll get nothing back.

This company in my experience does not even deserve one star! I ordered 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandals from them which weren’t suitable and quite frankly not worth the money. It states on their website that returns are accepted but before an item can be returned it has to be agreed upon and returned within 30 days. There will not be a refund without an agreement/authorisation. I have sent three email and not one has been responded to or acknowledged! It states on the parcel label that returns can be sent to an address in London which I have discovered is a warehouse/dispatch company. I learnt later, however, that the Charles-Harrington website states that returns must be sent to an address in China. On further enquiry I see that delivery to China is going to cost as much if not more than the sandals cost so returning them …..if I had received permission to do so …..would mean I’d be out of pocket quite substantially without anything to show for it. I have learnt since that a lot of people have found themselves in the same sort of situation and ended up keeping items that weren’t suitable and they didn’t want because it wasn’t worth the expense to return them! I won’t be duped again and will steer clear of buying anything that has to be returned to China to be refunded. Of course it’s a non starter when requests and email are ignored,

Given the name, they appeared to be a respectable English company based in the UK...I should have investigated more thoroughly on the web because they are Chinese and about as English as Chop Suey. Unfortunately the quality of the supplied shoes when they finally arrived was pretty poor and the size was smaller than advertised . They must be coming direct from China rather from a UK base because they took over two weeks to arrive and this seems to be backed up by the fact that when I investigated sending them back I discovered in the small print that they have to go to China AT MY COST. I can just imagine the nightmare of getting a refund. I should have been more diligent in checking them out so I will put this disappointment down to experience, but hopefully this review will save someone else from getting caught. Don't waste your time or money dealing with Charles Harrington.

Lovely english-sounding name with great advertisements and good pricing. Wrong- theyre chinese- shit quality. Goods arrived after 14 days. No labels at all. No fabric content- no washcare- no sizing - and definitely not as advertised. Returns are at your own expense- to China-. Havent established yet whether thats more than the value of what I paid for the goods- guessing so. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
