Selling fake jerseys after stating it is "Official"
I got some good products here, I used to enjoy the experience until I found out they got me a fake jersey. I recently bought "Erling Haaland's Manchester City 2024/25 Signed Official Shirt". It clearly says it is an "official" shirt, but doesn't seem so. As the style no in the tag says: 752576-01 with a 41 written in a pen on the inner tag, which gives me information that it is completely fake. I searched up the style no and a fake Uruguay national team jersey came out. Also there were many people who were saying that these types of jerseys are fake, with different style no. and a pen mark on the inner tag. It looks like the jersey itself is completely fake, after stating that it is an "Official 2024-25 Manchester City Home Shirt". I used 300 British Pounds + 60 British Pounds for service, shipping, etc. A total of 365 British pounds, and you sent me this fake jersey? You guys should have said that it is a "replica" jersey, instead of an official one, since it looks like it is the case. This is absolutely absurd. Ridiculous.

We contacted Manchester City’s official shop, and they confirmed that they operate using item numbers rather than style numbers. When the item number is entered into their system, the shirt does appear as a valid product. We also reached out to the donor, who stated that the shirt was obtained directly from Manchester City, although they are unable to provide proof of purchase.
Our internal checks approved the listing based on the Certificate of Authenticity provided with the shirt, which we cross-verified with Manchester City.
That said, we're happy you decided to keep the jersey!

Poor service
The first experiences were actually very good, but the service declined dramatically. I have won 14 auctions for football jerseys. 11 jerseys I have at home. One was not shipped yet while paid for 10 days ago and two auctions recently closed. The shipping costs are described as "minimum €15", but in reality they charge €34,49. When I complained the first time about the high charges, the customer service manager mentioned that it is the price for maximum 4 jerseys that can be combined for auctions won in one week. However, there is a pattern in how they try to charge extra shipping costs. You receive an email that the jersey will be shipped in 1 week, or in 2-4 weeks. But mostly, after payment, the shirt is shipped immediately, so for any running auctions you will be charged €34,49 again. When this happened, I wrote to the customer service manager again and he mentioned that I needed to write when I was bidding on another item, so he could request combining the shipment. So when I did that, he mentioned that this was not needed, as "their system would recognize it automatically". Of course it didn't. I have written so many times to have wrong calculated shipping charges removed. So this time, won an auction again, while another auction was finishing in a few days. I decided to wait with payment, to avoid being charged €68,98 instead if €34,49 for shipping. Guess what. Suddenly, my account has been locked. Not even all jerseys I paid for have shipped. Ridiculous.

The shipping cost mentioned in each auction is the minimum rate applicable for that item, depending on the destination country. For example, if a lot is shipped from our Italian warehouse to an Italian address, the cost is €14.99. However, if it is shipped from Italy to Spain, the cost is €23.49, based on the best-negotiated rates we have with our courier partners.
Regarding shipping times, as stated in our Help Center, we commit to delivering lots within 2–4 weeks depending on the shipping and destination countries. In your case, all shipments were dispatched on the same day of payment, except for two instances where the delay was 5 and 7 days, respectively.
As for the one lot that has not yet been shipped, this was done at your request, as you wanted to combine the shipment with other items you planned to win in the following days. However, despite 7 days having passed since the auction ended, you have not yet completed the payment for those items. We have made an exception by keeping the lot on hold, even though, as per our Terms of Service (which you agreed to), payment should be made within 3 working days after the auction ends.
Lastly, regarding your account block, this was an automatic system action, as we strive to ensure the validity of bids. When a lot is won but remains unpaid, it does not only affect us—it primarily impacts the donors and, most importantly, the charities that rely on these funds for their projects. However, as a goodwill gesture, our Customer Care team promptly reactivated your account as an exception.
Given the multiple exceptions we have granted, we are unsure why you felt the need to leave this review. That said, we remain open to resolving any concerns you may have. Unfortunately, despite our numerous attempts to contact you via email, phone, and even WhatsApp this morning, we have not received a response from you in the past week.
We value our customers and always aim to provide the best service possible. If you would like to further discuss this matter, please do not hesitate to reach out.
